Zandria Drakeford Professor Alexander English 101 20 January 2015 Three Personal Goals I Have at This Time As we are in a New Year, I have set many personal goals that I would like to accomplish to become a better individual. I have always been a person who set goals, whether they are long-term or short term, I always have them. I like to set goals for myself because goals give me guidance throughout life. Now that a new year has approached, I am focusing on three main goals that I would like to achieve at this time. Those three goals include managing my time better, to keep maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and to continue to remain focus this upcoming semester.
Actually being honest I feel that so far I’ve accomplished so many things that I wasn’t sure I would accomplish starting with how much I’ve learned about blogging and personal development. I think a great deal of this has been due to the fact that I'm sharing my monthly goals with you and it's keeping me motivated.
Nutrition Goal Paper For my goals I chose to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, to stop eating after eight, and to exercise 30-60 minutes a day. I chose these goals because they are probably the ones I struggle with the most. I am over all really good
Goal #2. I will also work on making more time for myself instead of spending everyday trying to make everyone else happy.
My goals will become easier to reach once I begin with the end in mind. First off, one of my goals is being generous, helping others, and showing kindness. I believe that I can accomplish this goal by remembering that not everyone is always having a good day and that a small act of kindness could mean a lot to someone. Five goals for this entire school year is to be on time, organized, patient, persistent, and active. I plan on to be on time in turning my work by actually doing it on time and reminding myself when the due dates are. This well help me alot on my grade because turning in my work late always brings down my grade. Organization is one of the most important things to pass this school year. In order to complete my goal I must start small like having folders or binders in order to have all my classes in each folder. In the second semester of my freshman year and for the first semester of my sophomore year, I have many goals that I would like to accomplish. In one year, I want to have most (if not all) of my academic, personal, and agriculture related goals achieved that I made for myself. This time period not only allows more time to achieve other goals that I made, but it also will show me who much I grew over the year.
My goals to help improve my personal life are going to help boost my mental and physical health. The first goal to spend more time with my friends I plan on setting up a lunch time meeting on Wednesdays for my friend Karen and my sister Breanna can meet up and chat with each other about what is going on in our lives. I will make sure that our schedules meet up and also will help to decide where we would want to go together. Both Karen and Breanna will help me reach this goal. My goals for 2018 consist of a lot, my mom is a inspiration for a lot of my goals because of how hard she works. My mom recently went to school for becoming a radiologist, she is studying everyday all the time. We only see the back of her head, she is doing great in the class though, she has the top grade. I can see how she’s able to struggle through these times with the help of God. My first goal I would like to do is join a youth group. My brother was in one and he says there a lot of fun so I would love to try it out. My second goal is my academic goal. I would like to use my mom as inspiration or this one. Every New Year that I make it to I set personal goals for myself. I set the goals to improve who I am as a person so I don’t feel how I felt the last year. August 13, 2017 Dear Skyler, This school year, I plan to do somethings differently to complete some of my goals for the year. Some of goals for this school year are, keep my backpack organized, make straight A’s, study more, and to write a book or two, just to name a few.
