My creativity enables me to see things in a different way, a way that may make things simpler or makes them go smoother. I am also very willing to try new ideas as I like to hear what others have to suggest. For example, something may not be working out the way that it was meant to and I can accept that and try any new ideas brought up to me. Listening is also important because someone may point out something that I never realized, and criticism goes along with that. I can take criticism well, and I even encourage it. I am always looking to better myself and it helped build me into the musician and person I am today. Furthermore, I do not fear making mistakes. Mistakes are how we learn, and we will never get anywhere if mistakes are never made.
Talents and abilities for me in my option for me is taking care of my sisters because I am responsible for four younger children making sure they are doing well eating right while I am at home with them. Being able to recognize my own strengths and weaknesses has help me become a better person in everything I have chosen to do in life. One of my strengths would be patience. This strength has lead me on a less stressful path to raising my seven-year-old son. When dealing with my son, whether it is during game time or school work, patience on my behalf makes me have self-control and not get anxious or become irritated. One of my weakness I would have to say is public speaking. Thanks to the speech class I took in college, I have learned to hide my fear while doing a presentation in front a big group of people, even though I begin to blush and I break
The two dimensions from my big five personality profile that were revealed to be strengths were Openness to Experience score and my Agreeableness Score. The personality dimension of Openness to experience includes “intellectual, imaginative, curiosity, and being broad-minded” as positive characteristics (Kinicki & Fugate, p.81). Additionally, creative thinking, and being independent, as well as not being a fan of routines would be included in the definition of this dimension. The personality dimension of Agreeableness definition includes characteristics such as being “trusting, good-natured, cooperative, as well as being softhearted” (Kinicki & Fugate, p.81). I would add caring and work well in a group as other strengths in this personality dimension.

After taking the VIA character strengths survey, I found that i am great with teamwork, I love humor and everything surrounding it, I have a sense of humility, I appreciate beauty and/or excellence, and I’m creative. I strongly believe all of these are accurate because I receive comments on my strengths frequently. From previous grade levels, teachers have expressed that I work well in groups, whether I’m leading and taking action or just a member of a project group. There’s also something that gives me great pleasure when I see someone laughing or smiling because of me or a good laugh with friends which makes all worries seem to temporally melt away. When I make someone laugh it makes me feel as if I’ve earned that person’s respect to furthermore build a relationship. Besides humor, I sometimes take a few seconds out of my day to deeply analyze the beauty of a flower or simply ask myself unusual

Problem solving is a universal process that allows us to make decisions on everything from what to eat and what to wear. Without sufficient experience the supports designed to strengthen our choices are weakened ending in the ultimate failure of the problem.
Trying to decide what your personal strengths are, is hard. For myself, I have grown in my strengths, and I’ve experienced my weaknesses. My personal strengths consist of: positivity, encouragement, laughter, and love. I pick these four because I feel that I am truly strongest in these aspects of my life. Being positive is a big factor in everything I do. I always want to be happy and joyful; not only to display Christ in me, but to make others feel the way I do. I want others to appreciate life and to feel any kind of uplift in his or her spirt. Positivity plays into encouragement. I make it my goal to make others feel better about themselves. My goal coming into college was to learn and know every person(s) name that I got the chance to meet. Just taking a few minutes out of your day to truly get to know someone, is such a blessing. It not only blesses me in new friendships, but it also blesses others because they feel that someone genuinely cares about them. Laughter is another characteristic I strive to pour out onto others. I laugh at practically everything. I love to laugh, and I love to make people laugh. I’ve learned the importance of laughter, and I just want to make one person smile every day. Love is my last of the four attributes. Love is so important to me. I love creation (Trees, birds, squirrels), God, and I love people. I just want the love that God has given me, to pour out onto others. I want others to know that I love them. These are my personal strengths
I like to think I have many strengths. After review of my character/ personality test, I can see what they are. I am a task-oriented leader, which drives me to finish a project. I have a strong individual work ethic, which allows me to be responsible and not rely on others. I am good at building and leading
The strengths I have: being efficient and organize. I have to have everything a particular manner before I write, perform, or do almost any jobs. Occasionally this can cost me lots of time. The weaknesses that I have are a perfectionist and impatient at times. I was used to working at a substantially faster rate than those around me. Sharing information and interacting with others is when I learn best. Understanding my weaknesses assists me to plan methods to conquer them when I am doing tasks and socializing with others. I must be kinder to myself and less strict about matters being merely so. I also need to be more delicate and comprehensible of others who tend not to take up my perfectionist styles. I also should be patient with people who take longer time to work. Since I have got a tendency to delay works when I do not feel like doing anything, I, therefore, need to create a regular schedule with integrated rewards and times for learning and acquiring assignments done.
