My Personal Writing : My Greatest Strengths In Writing

I love to read and at one time in my life a friend encouraged me to write stories, I even wrote about some of the unusual dreams that I had. I have three stories started, but they are not complete. Several years later, another friend encouraged me to go back to college after being told at work that I will never be moved from my current position because I do not have a college degree. Since, my friend was doing all her classes virtually, I decided to submit my application to the college that she was attending. I took one class in the fall of last year. I was so nervous because it was primarily written papers. I almost dropped out. My friend encouraged me to try. I had expressed my fears to my instructor and he helped me become a better writer to express my thoughts and feelings onto paper. In the last year, I have had a class that taught me a variety of interesting things about Microsoft office. Within that class I also learned about the research tab in Word. This has become my lifeline in research no matter what style that was chosen. I learned about Purdue OWL and that has been a great resource for the different types of writing that I have done. To ensure that my papers were done correctly, I was introduced to Paper Rater, which can help catch any grammar errors and misspelling errors. It has a lot of interesting things and if paid, will even help detect plagiarism. My greatest strength in writing, I believe, is my ability to be a good story teller. I can be
