What is a purpose? A purpose is the reason why we are placed on this planet called Earth. No matter what anyone says we all have a purpose in this world, a reason for existing. Now, to determine that reason is a different story we are all meant for greatness and to succeed to that greatness. Yet, what is our purpose? Our purpose determines how we view our life, goals, and interest. We are all unique in our own way so that makes our purposes different as well. Yes, they may be similar, but they are never exact. My purpose in life is to inspire, motivate, master, and encourage those who feel like they can’t accomplish their dreams and goals, so they can go off in the world, helping, promoting, and spreading that positivity to others in their homes, lives, and community, as a result, I am personally encouraged to keep sharing my talents with the ones around me. Everyone is unique with different goals, dreams, and values, but those factors are what determines our purposes. We may not use all of them, however the ones we do make and breaks our purpose in this world. As I said before, our purposes correlate with our goals. Our goals in life are what we see ourselves doing in five years from now and visualizing what we believe to be the life we want to live in. I personally see myself moving to California and living my life, making heart-warming movies for children with powerful messages. Some may say that my goal to go into animations is farfetched and half-baked. In my opinion, I
Every person on this earth has a great purpose they are going to fulfill throughout their life. I believe my purpose here is to serve God for what he is calling me for. It took a while to know that he was calling to me to become a nurse, and every day that goes by
It's a fundamental belief of mine that each one of us is brought upon this world with a major definite purpose in life. Everyone has a unique destiny for contributing to this world using their unique blend of talents and passions. I have no doubt that most people today work hard and stay busy with daily activities. The problem I've noticed is that many people live their lives without any sense of meaningful purpose that gives their lives passion and significance. They get caught up in the daily mechanical routines of life and they become creatures of habit rather than purpose-driven beings. Finding and shaping your major definite purpose is perhaps the most important thing that you will ever do in your life because your purpose is the driving force that spawns all the achievements that you will ever accomplish and it provides that unlimited source of motivation that drives you to achieve all the goals that you set for yourself and enables you to live life to the fullest.
To know my purpose is really important to me. But in order to find my purpose, i need to know what my definition of purpose is. In fact, my definition of purpose is when to express their feeling and they have a reason for expressing their feeling. For instance, poets express their feelings in their poems and also have a reason to do that.
As adults, we need to know the value of purpose. Without it we feel like we are just going through the motions of day to day life, and something feels lacking from our lives.
I believe every individual on Earth exists to make a difference, whether it is to provide care, entertain, educate, or enforce the law and dispense justice. It is our duty to go out into the world and explore what we are capable of. To me, the purpose of life is to follow the journey of our existence and discover how much of an impact we can make in the lives of others. I have devoted my life to being of service to those that surround me. I thrive on being a source of inspiration and motivation to others, which is why becoming a Physician Assistant (PA) is my ultimate goal; it is my dream job.
Above, when we talked about our “purpose”, I know for a fact that God has a specific purpose for each person, but personally I am unsure of exactly what that is. I do not know if I am on the correct path to what God wants me to do, but I am trying to be more conscious as I get older to try to ask God what I should be doing
I think our purpose for existing is to leave the world a better place by the time we die. I believe that everyone has the ability to contribute something to the greater good of the universe. It may not be the cure for cancer or creating world peace, but there is always something to be done to help the world. It could be as simple as affecting the life of a single person in a positive
At this point in my life my purpose is to serve God to the best of my ability. I have done many things that I thought would give my life meaning. At the end of the day it’s about surrender for me. I realize that there are many answers to a single problem. I live the law of love to the best of my ability. These values I have developed from interacting with the world around me and listening to what has worked for those that have gone before me, while trying to capitalize on it. I have been helping my neighbors for some time now and would like to be better at it.
Everyone has a purpose to every action they perform. If we didn’t have a purpose, why would we do the things we do? We have always been taught to, “Reach for the stars,” and “Everything is possible if you set your mind to it.” Through my experiences, I have
True purpose of the human journey. To get to your purpose in life you need to acknowledge all the little moments in life. Doing the things you love will help you become a better you and achieve your true purpose. A lot of people find their purpose through an event that happened to them. Such as something physical, emotional or spiritual.
In a recent TED Talk, Adam Leipzig talks about how he has figured out a way to show a person their purpose with a series of questions. When Adam asked his colleagues if they were happy, 80% of them said they were not. The 20% that we're happy “we're living our lives expansively with life’s ups and downs, and we did not feel that we had wasted a single minute” (Leipzig, Adam). All of these people who felt that they were happy knew the answers to these five things: “who they were, what they did, who they did it for, what those people wanted or needed, and what they got out of it, how they changed as a result” (Leipzig, Adam). If you can ask yourself these five questions, you can figure out what your life purpose
Your purpose will become your passion, we all have a purpose and if we work hard to achieve what our lives are meant to be we can do greater things that the world cannot ignore. Purpose works with vision or dream. Without a vision you lose a direction. Page 24
To reference my question from earlier if I even have a purpose, there is no way to tell. Yet, that is why I still enjoy my life, I am not conformed to a set goal yet, I aimlessly wander around searching for my legacy content without a goal. However, I realized that my so-called “purpose” isn’t given to me by the time I was born or by God giving it to me. But instead, we have to create our own purpose in life and now, go create
2. I believe that in life everyone has their own unique purposes and some may have discovered what it is and some has not figured it out just yet. For me, I believe the purpose of my life is to live life the way I want to live it and to explore all that life has to offer in all its forms, where the possibilities of learning and choosing are endless. In my personal opinion, having a purpose in life has opened my eyes to really see what is going on around the world and the society I live in. With the fact that I've define my purpose in life, I think that I have started to really view the society and the world with an open mind and embrace all that they have to offer. Additionally, having a purpose in life also boost my confidence and my decision making skills. Just by knowing what my purpose makes the decision process much easier because I will decide on the things that will help me live up to my purpose. Also, just because we have set
Since I was a child I always struggled with purpose. “Purpose.” I was first introduced to this term in elementary school when my science teacher would ask “What is the Purpose of today’s experiment?” All around a plethora of hands burst up with anticipation as my classmates would read the chalkboard word-for-word on what that day’s purpose was. I had a hard time understanding this term. As I dealt with personal issues growing up, I was still left without a “purpose.” I began to search for my purpose and found myself trying to find this purpose in a variety of activities and hobbies. I observed as the others found their purpose playing baseball, toys, or even, video games. I tried and tried and never found it. I was categorized as a
