My specialization is I/O Psychology. While I am extremely excited about pursuing my doctorate degree in this area, my educational background and work experience are in the field of counseling. Through my experiences in various positions within the counseling realm as well as volunteer opportunities within the community, I have developed a desire to work with businesses and organizations in the areas of organizational change, organizational development, and leadership. Among my many interests is the desire to work with churches on these issues.
