Before starting this internship, I always know I never could be well enough to prepare myself for an accounting internship. My time at RZ Financial Group (“RZ”) taught me more about accounting than any classes and projects in school, since it was not only focus on technical skills of accounting, but also brought me to the business world, helped me understand different cultural, provide me opportunities to make international friends.
RZ has an open platform where there is no bias towards any race, religion and language. Having an open platform is important as it helps to create a harmonious working environment. RZ has 28 staff from 4 different nations and 3 partners, covering four states in United States and an oversea office in China. What makes RZ Financial Group different from any CPA firms is that it is sustainable-grown oriented. Customer relationship management is very important in RZ Financial Group. RZ has over 70% renew-contract-rate and owners of the companies I helped with their cooperation tax return are also the client of our individual tax return.
Tax service is a sort of a true love to me. I made a few detours to find what the true love is like most of people. I took an assistant position for one year and half when I was in China, therefore I think I should find some job that I can use my experiences. Also, I used to be

“Hello Applicants… welcome to the onboarding process!” I got in? In that moment, I was elated; I felt as if I was floating. A grin on my face was spread ear to ear and I couldn’t even keep my hands steady. In the past few months of my internship, I’ve worked alongside nurses, physicians, and physical therapists and
Jeremiah Ikuadi Professor Jane. W Sullivan English 1101 27 August 2015 My Summer This past summer I spent most of my time working. I worked as a cashier at the Publix Supermarket at Marietta. At first I thought that working at Publix this summer would be just as boring as the other summers working at Publix, but it felt great working there this summer. I met great new people there, I also met my girlfriend, Jazmin at Publix. Jazmin came from the Philippines, she moved to the United States. My best friend Brandon also started working there, both of us attended the same high school. Although working at Publix this summer turned out to be a great experience,it can also stressful most of the time, I had to deal with rude customers, horrible managers,
The internship orientation was a three day process. The first day was spent with the human resource department reviewing the employee handbook and completing employment forms. I took a tour of the office and was introduced to the project managers, estimators, administrative assistants, and the IT department. I was taken out to lunch by the same managers that interviewed me at the career fair. The second day was designated for safety. I watched an OSHA video and reviewed the company’s safety manual. Once I completed the video and read through the manual I was able to receive my PPE. Typically on the second day of the orientation, the safety manager takes the new employee to visit a jobsite to view safety hazards and proper safety practices. Due to poor weather conditions, I was unable to attend the safety site visit. On the second day I was scheduled to go to lunch with the executive team. The third day of orientation
Anything and everything I do, I have trouble the first time around. Whether it is practicing a new play in a sport or learning a new topic in class. I am going to have a few problems adjusting to the new environment. In my opinion, this situation is fine because it’s what makes me a human being. I have been taken out of my comfort zone to do something that will make a better as a person and also as a student. The rigorous academic environment at Massanutten Regional Governor’s School will show me how real life works. In my mind, I have to learn how to cope with experiences regardless of whether I fail or
Contrary to the situation at E-Z RP, there is no linkage of customer service representatives to development teams. For instance, CRSs are often the last to gain access about new information or new products. In terms of the organization of customer service, E-Z RP uses a specialized call center where customer service representatives deal with a single product. At Datatronics, the call center is centralized and CRSs deal with all products. E-Z RP uses the second tier support while Datatronics uses a minimal second-tier support. In terms of the training of CSRs, Datatronics only provides minimal on-the-job training while E-Z RP provides extensive training. Datatronics hires employees with basic customer service ability while E-Z RP recruits employees based on customer service skills, business knowledge, and communication ability. The performance metric at E-Z RP is the level of customer satisfaction, while the metric at Datatronics is the time on call or between calls. Although Matt does not intend to reproduce E-Z RP’s customer service system at Datatronics, these are the key issues that he ought to consider in making recommendations for changes at Datatronics.

A strong strategy is another factor that is prevalent in this organization. One of the strategies, directed towards institutional investors, is to position the company as the total retirement provider. This concept is a part of everyday dealings with the clients. For example, when there are discussions with a company about that client’s main retirement plan, the presentation is made to service other retirement vehicles that the company may have. However, this organization does not seek to provide non-retirement services, such as payroll, to their clients. This well defines strategy is important within the company.
The first thing that the administrators told us was that there was an online portion that would last through February and would add upwards of 5 or so hours a week to our course load from school, as well as that we would design a mission to Mars. So me being involved in 3 AP classes, 2 Pre-AP classes, and 2 different clubs one of which I was president, I was nervous as to how I would handle that load. So that first week in November I started my online portion of my NASA internship, I learned so much that week through reading articles about new science technologies and watching videos. The program followed the outline of four modules;
Overall after reading the text InternQube: Professional Skills for the Workplace, this text was very useful as well as interesting. I was able to get a better understanding on what type of mindset I should have going into the workplace every day. This includes daily goals and routines, the way I should professional dress, how I should conduct myself on a professional level in front of people of higher status. InternQube was excellent for my first couple weeks at my internship Stenton Family Manor. First I was able to write up daily work objectives to what I needed to get done for the day. These objectives consist of work practices that would better help me in my field of management. I develop questions for myself such as, what does it take

This results in more satisfied customers, a more profitable business and more resources available to the support staff. Furthermore, CRM systems are a great help to the management in deciding on the future course of the company. (Andrew, 2011). In order for Bata to increase their profit they are trying to maximize their customer
I was able to be successful in this internship because I had to utilize and develop many new skills. I used my interpersonal skills such as: coping strategies; peer relationships and effective social skills; communication, problem-solving techniques, decision-making, conflict resolution, how to work in a team, where everyone depends on each other and a lot of patience. I developed many new skills such as multitasking, problem solving/decision making, and leadership qualities. I learned that I am a role model. It is important to develop a good relationship with students; however, I must keep in mind that I am expected to behave myself in a professional manner at all times. I also learned some of the important skills of a teacher such as: how to provide direct instructions, clarify content, teach skills and answer the students questions; help students identify their skills, abilities, and long term plans regarding education and personal problems.
