Essays are maked around an introduction, conclusion and body and text is separate into paragraphs. The all type of structure of an essay not as formalized as that of all report. In some ways. You have more discretion about how you put all essays together , although you need to adhere disciplinary expectations. Just like report however ,you still must provide the position and an argument that clearly sustained .that your reader must be follow what you have written to the refer to the writer ,in how can I improve my argument for more of this .
In this paper: we are to write about my weakness and strength in Writing. I simply have trouble putting my thoughts into Writing . Since , I do not feel that , I have many Strength .Let’s move on …show more content…

typically. I have top verbally express the meaning of the paper to them. This is the area in which I would like to excel in this class.

2nd : We never have really enjoyed Writing . I Just try to maked the best of it when I was force to reduced it .It seems I have a tendency to force on the task . I enjoy doing most and turning away from the Difficult ones . I Feel if I take care of the ” essay stuff “I can get More done .
3rd : punctuation and sentence structure . what a complete pain in my neck . I would much rather writing complete and have someone else worry about the correct sentence . most of time , I do not have issue with run on period or sentence .

The Effective Communication : Most People are born Communicating, thus it’s something many take for granted , but some people Communicate more Effectively than others . Effective Communicators recognize two Vital aspects of Communication sharing both the intended information and the meaning of that information with their audience . In Fact, Most Communication errors occur , Because one of those two aspects of a message is missing . For instance, If a supervisor instructs an employee to have a project completed by noon , But the employee hears 2:00 the message was Ineffective because, While the proper meaning was Communicated have the project completed the correct …show more content…

For example , Smart managers first evaluate their intended audience to gauge such factors as the current mood , their education level , the context of the situation , etc. And they frame their message accordingly . “ Effective communicators” Also evaluate all the possible channels available for Communicating, such as face to face , over the phone , Via email , etc .,And they chose the channel best suited for that particular message and audience . Also key to communicating effectively is learning to engage in actively listening as it takes two people a sender and a receiver to communicate Important too, “Effective communicators “ Avoid distractions and focus on more than just the spoken word , and they evaluate body language tone of voice
