My goal for the past 4 months was to deadlift 405 pounds and today I finally hit that number. I've given a lot of atttention towards this over the past 4 months and spent a lot of time outside the gym studying my videos and trying to perfect my form. It feels great to accomplish something i've failed at so much. And what makes it even sweeter was getting to sharpie it off my list of yearly
