CM was unable to reach Ms. Williams (caregiver) in regards to 30 Day CFT meeting for Nsilo (youth). CM left caregiver a detailed message and reported CM will be on vacation on Monday, 8/7/17 for upcoming court hearing. CM requested to meet with the family prior to court hearing to conduct 30-day CFT meeting at the youth detention center located in Teterboro, NJ. CM provided caregiver with CM’s contact information.

At 1212 hours, this writer spoke with Ms. Natayla Walker, (242) 470-5425 the mother of M-1. She told this writer M-1 was with her. This writer met M-1 and his mother inside of the Discount Mart located at 401 Eastern Avenue, Capital Heights, Maryland 20743at 1234 hours. Ms. Walker advised this writer this is her weekend to have her son. (Referring to M-1).

Associate Superintendent Mary Jo Conery presented the proposed revisions to the district’s current policy, regulation and exhibit on technology resources. Dr. Conery provided information on the proposed additions, deletions, and/or revisions to update the language and provide elaboration on the acceptable use of movies and video content. Revisions to the policy include minor changes in wording and recognition of copyright laws and licensing agreements. Dr. Conery provided information on the Federal Copyright Act, which governs how copyrighted materials, may be used. Recommended revisions to regulation IJND-R limits the ratings of movies and video content that can be shown for instructional proposes. Exhibit IJND-E was presented with minor changes

Montes returned to the scene and advised Pasadena PD Officers of the incident. Dispatch advised us that they did not receive a “911” call from Montes. Officer Harrell used Montes’ cellular telephone and dialed “911” which connected him to a Los Angeles CHP dispatcher. The CHP dispatcher pulled up the call history of Montes telephone number. The dispatcher advised Officer Harrell that Montes did not provide any details of the incident or his location before the call lost connection.

In order to formally assess John, I would choose to use the Level of Service Inventory – Revised (LSI-R) as it is a measure of general criminal behavior, including all violent and nonviolent offenses. The LSI-R is an actuarial measure that is widely used to predict general recidivism and is often found useful in jail, prison, and re-entry settings.
