Narrative Essay About Summer Vacation

I had a lot of fun this summer and overall I could say this is one of my best summers. I did a lot of things over the summer, it was all baseball we would alway have games and it did not feel like we had a break. For a tournament we went to Jacksonville, Illinois for a baseball tournament and i had a blast! Even though we came in 3rd and did not win, we still did stuff after the games like swim, play PS4, and much more. Another thing I did was going to South bend Indiana and go to a South Bend Cubs game which is a minor league team for the Cubs. While we were up there we also stopped at Notre Dame and walked around and looked at the campus. We were going to look at the football stadium, but it was under construction. This year for spring break I went to Jamaica. We started packing 1 week early so we wouldn’t forget anything. When it was the day to leave we had to get up really early because we had to go to Chicago and get on a plane there.

Have you ever been on a vacation? To me a vacation is a time to be with friends or family. When I think of vacations, I think of packing, the flight or drive, and relaxation. Not only is it very exciting to go on a vacation, but you get closer to the people that go with you.

We did a great mass of marvelous things. One of the most amazing things we saw was Hogwarts, the school from Harry Potter. We drove back to the Briscoes’ house and stayed there for about four more days. The fun was not over. The next day we went to Clam Pass Beach in Naples. You would not believe how incredibly soft that sand was! It felt like I was walking on marshmallows! As I watched the sun sink into the ocean I spoke to myself, “This is the best vacation ever.”

I had a very busy, yet fun summer. It went fast, but I had a good time. My summer mostly consisted of; playing baseball, going on vacation, and attending my family reunion.

What I did this summer. That`s a good question to be honest, I did a lot of things that were considered fun for me, like shopping, hanging out with my family, hanging out with my friends, going to the beach, the water park and much more. But I will only break it down to two or three of my favorite things I did this Summer, so stick around to see what my favorite things about this Summer were.

This summer was full of tons of fun activities and places! I went to Tennessee, Mackinac Island, the lake, and went camping. I also did other things like shopping, the fair, the movies, and cheer camp! Something very big that happened this summer is that I became a big sister! Even though becoming a big sister is very memorable, my favorite part of summer was going Mackinac Island and I have so many great memories there that I can’t wait to tell you about!

During the summer vacation I mostly helped my mother clean the house. I spent the holiday with my aunts and uncles and it was a lot of fun. I love taking photos as well, when I was in the 6th grade I took a photography course at school and I took many beautiful pictures.

Have you ever been on a vacation? Although I have not been on an enormous amount of vacations, but I have been on a few. Of the four to five vacations I have been on, the most favorable trip I have ever been on was when I was seven years old and my family went to Colorado. There, we explored the nearby towns, went dirt-biking, went on a train, and had some mishaps. We also stopped at some amazing places on the way there, including a huge museum in Kansas City.

So that was what I did over the summer besides for watch TV, play basketball, and eat pizza. I had a pretty fun summer, but I would have liked it better if we went to more

This summer was a busy one, let me tell ya! I was either riding the metro in Washington D.C., playing basketball and volleyball, or working with and showing my cattle! Even though it was a busy summer I still found some time to relax and have fun with friends! Summer is my favorite time of year!

I have always been the type of kid who was too scared to have a party, or have people come over while my parents were at work. Ok, so i take that back one night while my parents were asleep i invited a guy over. But over the summer I had too many chores to do to even worry about having people over, and plus i was too scared of how much trouble i would get into with my mom and step dad.

The most interesting thing I did over the summer was going to ohio to meet with family. The reasoning is because when there we didn’t get to stay inside. When we go to ohio over the summer we have to stay outside and camp and have to stay outside all day and all night. I always have my own tent on the other side of the house away from the pond so that i can actually sleep. The reason for sleeping away from the pond is that there are frogs that make noise all night and can get really annoying.

My favorite vacation, so far, is one I went on in September 2015 with my friends Alissa and Jaidah. We all share fandom interests. On the weekend of September 19, my brother went away to spend his birthday with my dad. My mom shook me awake and informed me I could bring two friends along to a room in the Dells that we would be occupying. Almost immediately I thought of the duo. I ran downstairs and texted both of them while packing a bag. They texted back not too long after, and I told them my mom and I would pick them up anywhere from 10-11 that Saturday morning. We picked up Alissa and she tried to direct us to Jaidah’s house, but she wasn’t thorough with her

The only sound that filled my ears was my keyboard clicking as my fingers raced across it. I had been procrastinating from finishing this assignment all evening, but I knew I needed to get it done. The burning sunset was shining through the windows as I was finishing up. It was a peaceful silence, until I heard the soft whispers of my parents that ignited my sense of curiosity. I was concentrating hard; doing my best trying to make out the hushed words that were being spoken.
