On an unspecified date at approximately 1500hrs, Jason Rolling was cashing out at the Esso gas station location on 441 Main Street. Jason was in the process of preparing for a shift change when a dark colored GM truck parked in front of the doors closet to the building beside the gas pumps. The individual driving the vehicle was a man with dark brown stubble wearing a black ball cap with black hoodie with a white crest on the shoulder and arm and black Oakley's. The male was approximately 170-180 pounds with a medium build and approximately 6 feet tall. Victim Ronald Logan testified before the Court that on January 30, 2016 about 5:30 p.m., he was sitting inside of his car outside the Decatur Apartments listening to music when a male, Kilo, approached his car asking if he had changed for a $10.00. Kilo then jumped into the backseat of his car on the passenger side without his permission and pulled out a gun pointing it to the back his head demanding that he “give him everything that he had.” Victim Logan stated that he reached into his pants pocket and gave him $200.00-$300.00. Kilo then instructed for him to crank the car up and drive off. As victim Logan drove out of the apartment complex, Kilo fired a shot in his back causing him to crash into a house a few houses down from the apartment
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. On 05/30/2015, at approximately 1816 hours, your affiant observed a silver Chevrolet Classic occupied by two males. The vehicle circled the block in a counterclockwise manner, repeating a portion of their route. During this time I located the owner of the vehicle utilizing a search through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The registration indicated the plate belonged to another vehicle and registered to Brittney Fisher, who was not an occupant in the vehicle. I activated my emergency lights initiating a vehicle stop in the 100 block of West Washington Street and while stopping the vehicle I observed the passenger making furtive movements towards the center console.
On 08/07/15 at approximately 1820 hours, my partner (Ofcr. Vanlenzuela No.38161) and I (Ofcr. Nunez No.36181) were working North Hollywood patrol, assigned to unit 15A84 W5. At that time, we responded 10849 Fruitland Dr for an “Attempt 211 Suspect.” Comments of the call indicated the P/R was the wife of the victim Melvin Salinas. Suspect was described as a male black “transient” armed with a knife tried to take a vehicle from the parking garage Inc# 150807003722.
On February 22 at 1900 hours Officer X reported to Gas Station Y (GSY) at 1122 1st Street, in regards to an armed robbery. When Officer X arrived at the scene he began speaking with an employee at GSY, Gregg McDuck. Mr. McDuck says that he was clocked in when the robbery occurred. Mr. McDuck described the suspect as a black male wearing glasses, a knitted blue hat, and gloves that were possibly white in color. The suspect pointed a handgun at Mr. McDuck and told him to open the cash register and to lay down on the ground. The suspect jumped over the counter and took $155 out of the cash register. The suspect then headed northwest from the gas station.
On Monday, February 6, 2017 at 5:26 pm, Angeline Reynolds came to the Gautier police station and reported she had just been robbed. Reynolds was traveling south on Martin Bluff Rd, when she pulled off the road near the water tower by Interstate 10 to check and see if she had a flat tire. While doing so, a black male driving a red Chevrolet Colbalt (2004 or 2005 model), pulled over and asked if her brother-in-law, Bryce Reynolds was in the vehicle. Reynolds told the male that he wasn't and he walked over to her vehicle. The male had a handgun in his waist band and had a hand on it while he took $204 from her driver door pocket that was open. The male told Reynolds, "It's best you not come after me" and he left the area in his vehicle. Reynolds then called 911 while driving to the police station to report this incident.
On Thursday, 4/14/2016, at approximately 5:55 P.M. I was dispatched to 1909 Hemlock Drive in reference to someone discharging a firearm. Dispatch advised that a neighbor witnesses the incident and that the two white males were getting into a vehicle. The vehicle was described as black, Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck.
He was walking onto the campus of his future college for the first time. “This is a place I can go. This is a place that I will enjoy.” He walked around with the name of the college echoing in his mind. “Case Western Reserve University. Case Western Reserve University.”
This evening at 5:53 p.m. the Department of Public Safety was notified by a non SLU affiliated female victim, that she was walking west bound on Olive, just west of Compton on the North side of the street, when a subject in a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo stopped in front of her. The driver of the vehicle exited the car, displayed a dark colored handgun and forced her into his vehicle. Once inside the vehicle the subject ordered the female to give him all of her belongings.
Victim Barajas stated he parked his car down the street from his house, and noticed a lifted blue color Chevy Silverado 2500 drive up and blocked his path. Susp-1 excited the rear passenger door and pointed a .22 cal, blue steel, semi-auto handgun at him. Suspect-2 stated “ Whats up foo.” Then chambered the handgun.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to a hit and run call in the 700 block of Vassar. A vehicle has struck two parked vehicle and had left the scene. Officer Seachris arrived and made contact with Officer Wheeler who was with the victims of the accident. Officer Wheeler advised that the vehicle was in the 600 block of Vassar. Officer Seachris proceeded to locate the vehicle, a maroon Chevy pickup with Kansas tag of 005HEY parked in front of 646 S Vassar. The vehicle was registered to a Hispanic female at 628 S Vassar. Officer Seachris made contact with the owner of 646 S Vassar, Christopher M. Today was a good day; believe it or not there was not a time that I did my worst thinking. My thinking was rather clear today and I was able to get all of what I needed to accomplish done. I took a group of students on a field trip to a food show to sample different foods for them to choose from for their lunches next year. They were able to vote on what they liked and did not like. But also my thoughts were directed on a 12 year old boy that attended our school that was shot in the head last weekend when someone broke in their house.
