“Wars never hurt anybody except for the people who died” -Salvador Dali, leader of the Surrealist Movement. In both stories men who are at war are described, both of these men have killed a man who are known as their foes. Both of the men realize that the man they killed could've been a friend, and were someone who really wasn't the enemy. The relationship between these two stories is that war can tear families apart. In Liam O'Flaherty's “The Sniper” and “The Man He Killed” by Thomas Hardy both show similarities and differences in plot, irony, and theme.

Once they would meet at the corner a third guy would come and join in on the conversation then would leave secretly. These three Punisher covers are the outcome of my first clumsy attempts at digital coloring! I made several drawings, they were more or less sketches, then completed with Photoshop. I still cherished that period of experimentation because, despite being really raw, that kind of experimenting made me realize how much I love the “analog” method!
Day after day, year after year he said nothing of his affection. “I am in love with you,” he whispered to the headstone before him. A tear trickled down his wrinkled cheek, and a muffled sob escaped him. He covered his face with his free hand while he clutched the dozen, red roses tighter with the other. As dusk drew near and wrapped her arms around the land, fireflies drifted out of wherever they hide during the hours of the day. The moon began to glow behind the distant horizon, and the first star appeared suddenly in the middle of the sky, but the man took no notice. He gently laid the roses on the ground in front of him and for the thousandth time, reread the simple words on the stone. “Marie Sutton,” it read, “1920-1980”. No one had ever known of any relatives, and she had died penniless, forcing the town to pay for the cost of her burial. After the slightly awkward funeral, someone had placed a tiny

This man didn’t really have name. No one ever really cared about him. They lacked care about him so much that he even forgot his own name. This man was leaning up against the building and was in fetal position trying to stay warm and Garrett was afraid to wake him up, but he was curious more than someone being told not to touch a red button. So, he decided to wake up this man and of course the man was freaking out by being startled. Garrett step back and let him freakout for a little bit while he was trying to show him that he had to offer some bread. The man looked at him and gave him this weird look and was very cautious to take the bread because he was afraid that he was gonna tease him and run off with it. Garrett picked up on this and laid it down for him and waited for the man to come take it. The man proceeds with caution as Garrett is trying to tell him that it’s okay. The man takes it and eats it slowly. Garrett speaks up and asks, “Do you anything about this building? Or even the door?” The man has a raspy voice and says “Yes, yes I do. Unfortunately, this door is what made me what I am today.” Garrett turns his head like a curious Beagle. With a low voice “It may not seem like it, but I use to be the owner of this bank” Garrett is now really in shock because he thinks to himself “That’s impossible, this building has been here for almost one hundred years”. So he asks the man, “How?”. The man is now starting to get more and more enraged. “I owned it from start to end, I was here when this town flourished to what it is now.” Garrett asks the man “How if you….should've been dead?” “If you just hold onto what you are truly passionate about, you can live

"Good, we must get going." but then Mr.McClean heard loud scream coming from the nursery. He run to the nursery as fast as he could. While Peter and wandy ran after him, she yelled at Mr.McClean to not open the door.As he slammed the door open, he saw the lions closing in on George Hadley and his wife and he yelled “Mr and Ms handly are you okay?” and then he turned to the kids behind him and told them to command the nursery to shut it down.” They are your parents; they raised you, fed you and most importantly, they loved you! Are you two really that heartless to try to kill them
It was a warm afternoon, with a summer breeze, an enraged employee steps out of a skyscraper owned by a bitter rich employer for a famous company. This employee was just fired after an argument with his employer and is out of a job. As he walks grunting and muttering under his breath a homeless man asleep on the street catches his eye, the man smells as if he was thrown into a dump, next to a zoo. Ready to puke the man walks on until he realizes that the vagrant has gone through more than he has, he takes off his jacket and pulls out his wallet leaving the sleeping man cash and a jacket. There was too much bills to count, it was wrapped up with a rubber band and put into the decaying pocket of the displaced man. Later that day the man woke up and saw what was bestowed upon him.
