The banks approach starts out that just about every other business in Singapore is dealing with or has an account with OCBC bank. The reason why the bank is so successful is because the bank was built and run on stick business policies and has active talent management and development (Shukla-Pandey, 2012).

This comprehensive paper will analyze the financial standing of PNC Bank. In the first part o we will look at PNC Bank’s profile, mission statement and future direction. An analysis of PNC’s strengths and weaknesses based on PNC’s financial statements and ratios will be conducted. PNC will also be compared to the industry and to Bank of America. The Federal Reserve interest rates over the past five years will be correlated to PNC’s Net income for the same timeframe. The analysis will conclude with my forecast for PNC’s future profitability.

Brief details of my involvement with this organization: Subjectively, PBL was predominantly a networking association. For example, I met a few friends with whom I would analyze financial statements with. Nonetheless, at times the club would concentrate around a central idea. The collaboration and decision-making techniques employed by the club during those times provided experience for future environments which involved teamwork. Furthermore, the

The project sponsor (John Hart) had extensive industry experience and had identified the need for a corporate marketing database to target the corporate customers who brought in the majority of the revenue and profit for FNB. This new database was proposed in order to consolidate information from three different banking divisions –
