On 06/24/17 at 1:31pm I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 1389 S Roosevelt Ave, on a dog at large, patrol only. I arrived in the area and was flagged down by the complainant. Complainant stated that a medium mix brown dog has been running loose for the last few days. I drove around the area, and saw a dog matching the complainant description on the 1300 Block of Sherbrooke Place. I took a picture of the dog loose. I exited my vehicle and talked to a few neighbors who stated that they don’t know where the dog lives. I tried to coach the Sharpei to come to me with doggie treats, the Sharpei would come within 2 feet of me than ran away. I repeatedly tried to get the Sharpei to come to me but to no avail. I returned to my vehicle to retrieve my snare pole. I slowly approached the Sharpei again and it proceeded to run from me, first heading east through backyards to S Roosevelt. On 05/08/18, at approximately 10:56am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to 4514 Starrett Court on a dangerous or vicious dog investigation (dog owner owner's address). I arrived on scene at approximately 11:25am. I met with victim Syed Naque, who stated he was outside his resident when a medium size dog (black) came up from behind him and bit him on his right thigh. Mr. Naque stated the dog continue to come at him in a aggressive manner even after he went inside the house, the dog would charged the side door. On 09/11/16 at 5:57pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 841 Crevis Lane on a possible nuisance dog; dog still at large, threat to safety. I arrived at the location and spoke to complainant John Haywood. Mr. Haywood stated that he was going to his vehicle to put his daughter car set in when the neighbor’s dog came from behind him and started growling and barking at him. Mr. Haywood ran into the garage to get away. He contacted Franklin County Animal Care and Control due to the dog being previously designated dangerous. Mr. Haywood recorded the dog loose near his vehicle. I advised Mr. Haywood if he know if the dog was still loose, Mr. Haywood was unsure. I advised him I will need to check with the dog owners to make sure the dog has return home and I will return to talk to him.
On 10/03/17, at approximately 7:35am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to the area of 5232 Freedom Ridge Drive on a dog at large, patrol only. I arrived in the area and saw a pit bull (brown/white) matching the description of the dog running loose at the above listed address. I stopped my vehicle and proceeded to check the address where the dog was at. The pit bull was tied up at that location. At that moment a unknown female came outside and headed towards her car. I pulled up and asked if the pit bull belong to her. She stated that her son who resides at that location is holding the pit bull for a friend, but that the friend left without indicating what to do with the pit
On 11/22/16, at 4:02pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to the 600 block of Bedford Ave on dog at large patrol only. I arrived in the area and saw two dogs, one a small mix breed black and white and a tan and white pit bull, in the front of 681 Bedford Ave. I exited my vehicle and slowly approached the house. I knocked on the dog. Dog owner Robin Holmes-Muhammad answered the door. I asked if the two dogs on her porch belong to her, she stated that they did. I advised Ms. Holmes-Muhammad that we received a complaint that the dogs were running loose. Ms. Holmes-Muhammad apologized and took both dogs inside the house. I arrived at the location and a saw a dog laying on the ground at that address. I exited my vehicle and the dog charge at me, as I was returning to my vehicle an unknown female individual came out of the house. I waved her down and pointed at the dog and she gain control of the dog and placed the dog in the house. I approached the house and advised her that there was a complaint in regards to the dog running loose. The female individual stated that the dog must have gotten out of the backyard. had an altercation earlier today (September 13, 2017), at approximately 1215 hours, with his neighbor, Mr. Edwin Safer (Suspect), and he needed it document with law enforcement. According to Mr. Pishdad, he was traveling west on Pioneer Drive, Mr. Safer waved him down in front of his address, 1644 Pioneer Drive. Mr. Pishdad made contact with Mr. Safer and was falsely accused him of causing waves during the flooding of the street, which flowed into Mr. Safer’s garage. As he was being accused, Mr. Safer approached Mr. Pishdad’s vehicle door, opened it, grabbed Mr. Pishdad by the arm and held a rake in a threatening matter. Mr. Pishdad was able to get away from Mr. Safer and drove away. Mr. Pishdad reported the incident with the Homeowners Association.
On 06/20/17 at 1:50pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was patrolling the 2100 Block of Lynbridge Drive when I saw a brindle/white pit bull running loose in the area. I took pictures of the dog loose. I exited my vehicle and chase the pit bull to the backyard of a fence in house. I placed a leash on the pit bull and put her in my vehicle. The pit bull had no identifying tags to indicate ownership. I transported the dog to the Franklin County Animal Shelter (FCACC). Dog owner Devon Gordon redeemed the dog on 06/24/17. Ms. Gordon did not show proof of dog license or vaccinations. I issued Ms. Gordon violations for failure to license, failure to vaccinate and failure to control her dog name Baby.

I arrived at the location and spoke to complainant Holly Davis. Ms. Davis stated she is dog sitting her parent’s dog. She was taking out the trash and walking the dog. Ms. Davis approached the apartment complex dumpster and saw an unknown female with a Chihuahua (white/brown) at the dumpster. Ms. Davis stood a distance away to allow the unknown female to throw her trash away. The Chihuahua was off leash and approached Ms. Davis and her dog, the Chihuahua snuffed the other dog, and for no reason the Chihuahua bit Ms. Davis dog. The unknown
On April 27, 2016, at approximately 0031hrs, I was patrolling out at the City Lake when dispatch advised Sgt. Henke to respond to Wal-Mart, 937 Park Circle Drive. Sgt. Henke arrived on scene at approximately 0003hrs while I was in route to Wal-Mart. At approximately 0040hrs, I arrived on scene I made contact with Sgt. Henke inside Wal-Mart. Sgt. At 1850 hours, I placed a call and spoke to Mr. Steven Joseph, of 402 West Park Boulevard, in Haddon Township. Mr. Joseph related that approximately an hour ago his son, Luca (9) was in front of their home walking their dog. At that time, their pet was being walked on the sidewalk and was on a leash. While doing so, Luca related that a gray Honda Ridgeline vehicle driven by a white older male, in his late 50’s, dressed in a possible mail carrier uniform, pulled over and stated, “You’d better watch that dog or we are going to have a talk with the police.” The vehicle then drove away south on West Park Boulevard

I arrived at the location and proceeded to walk to the complainant house, when the complainant came out and pointed where the dog was. A pit bull brindle in color was just west of complaint house loose. I proceeded to try to capture the dog; the dog ran behind some houses and cut through a hole in a fence that went to a house on the next street (Southfield Drive South) over.
