As I entered in College I know I will be dealing with a lot of responsibilities and one of responsibilities is to study. Education means a lot for me, if I have it I will have a better chance of succeeding in the future. I enrolled in OJT l without thinking for anything that could be a fear for me; I’m thinking that this can be of great help for me.
On-The-Job training is one of the most interesting parts in the life of a student. It helps the student to develop their manipulative skills and useful abilities in valuable application of technological standards. With this kind of program the students become more effective and positive in life. It also builds up knowledgeable Industrial Student and makes them all useful in the society. It is a method a by which students is given a chance to apply their knowledge and skills that they learned from school in the company that they are applied for. It also helps the students to acquire knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting.
