National Junior Honor Society Reflection

I wish to be apart of the National Junior Honors Society because I have always been a determined and hardworking person and being accepted would continue my journey of greatness. In all the activities I have participated in, I don’t ever do it for acknowledgement or respect from others. I do it for my enjoyment and success.

I am privileged to be one of the remarkable students qualified to join Eureka High School’s National Honor Society. I have been looking forward to applying to this organization as it provides influential help in our society. I would be privileged to join this distinguished association because it would provide me with opportunities to get involved in my community. As a hardworking, helpful, and friendly individual, I feel that I would make an auxiliary member to this organization. I demonstrate the qualities that are necessary to join this prestigious society, including leadership, character, scholarship, and service.

It is an honor to be chosen as a candidate for membership in the National Honor Society. Academics, leadership skills, service abilities, and character are four principal parts of a superior student. I believe that I am inclusive of all these aspects needed to become a part of this prestigious group. Becoming a member of this organization is important to me, because it will help me get into an excellent college and push me to work harder in school.

I am honored to be among the commendable students whom are being considered to be a part of such a prestigious organization, The National Honor Society. I have been wanting to be a part of this organization the second I stepped into this school. Of course I have worked vigorously for it, there has not been one year here at Lone Star where I have not been in less than 3 Pre-AP or AP classes with averages frequently resulting in an A. I work hard everyday and night in order to ensure my success now and in the future. National Honor Society is an exceptional group brimmed with bright young men and women who create the world of tomorrow. I, Jadzia Sanchez, Class of 2017, yearn to be a part of such a group. I have been a part of theatre in both middle school and high school, I am a very active thespian and have branched out by joining acting classes outside of school.

The National Honors Junior Society is one of the nation's prime organizations established to acknowledge outstanding middle school students. In order to be eligible to be a part of this society, students must exhibit certain achievements in different areas. Students must demonstrate excellence in areas of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. The purpose of this prestigious organization is to provide a strong foundation for building leadership skills through service to the school and the surrounding community. I should be a part of this society because I believe I posses great leadership, scholarship, character, citizenship, and service qualities.

I have a passion to change people’s lives. Therefore I am deeply honored to have been chosen out of a few hundred to have the opportunity to be part of the National Junior Honor Society. This experience would teach me much more about being a leader. I feel I would be an important asset to your team, and I hope you will consider having

I deserve to be a member of the National Honor Society because I feel like I’ve earned it. Over my high school career, I have been through many challenges, but I learned to face them head on with a positive attitude knowing how good the outcome can be. I fit the qualifications to be a member and if I do not fulfill them to a certain level, I will work on how to reach them. Throughout my school education, I’ve always tried my best, even more so in high school. I hold myself up to a very high expectation, I know I can always do better than before. As for volunteering, I am always involved in my community as much as I can. I’m truly honored to have to have been chosen as a possible inductee, for the National Junior Honor Society, I would love to become a member of the NJHS to develop and expand my leadership skills, in addition I would like to improve my citizenship strength, this opportunity will also allow me to surround myself with other genuine students, my education is very important to me and being with other serious students will help me learn from their capabilities. Moreover, I would like to contribute to NJHS by volunteering and making my community proud. I would like to become an active member of Carrboro High School National Honor Society, because I am looking forward to the opportunity to serve and improve the community with other like-minded students. I believe it is important to balance academics, athletics, and community service. For example, this year I am taking 5 AP classes, running cross-country and track, and have spent almost 150 hours volunteering in the community. The first time I volunteered was when I raised a diabetic alert dog with my family. Even though I was sad to see the dog I had raised go, it was a rewarding experience because I knew that the dog would help someone have a better life. Anytime I can find an opportunity to both improve myself and the community, I won’t hesitate to seize it. I found the opportunity to do just that at both Shodor and CHCCS Project Graduation.

Over the past two years (2014-2016) I have participated in the National Junior Honors Society. As a member, I commit to completing community service and to learning among my peers in order to develop into a superior leader. I have taken part in activities such as fundraisers, team building activities, and several forms of community services such as working in a soup kitchen, daycares and organizing social events. Recently, I volunteered for a week as a vendor at a temple in Tacoma, raising money for the establishment during the Cambodian New Year festival.

I wish to be a member of the National Junior Honor (community of people/all good people in the world) because to be a member of this famous/respected organization means so much to mejust to be invited to be one of its members. I feel very distinguished to be among the exemplary students who are being considered for the National Honor Society. I am privileged to be considered for the National Junior Honor Society. There are not many adolescents with the qualities found within a NJHS member, and I would be honored to be an anomaly. The National Junior Honor Society is an admired, well-respected organization I would love to be a part of. One tenet I can promote is scholarship. Evident from my eligibility for applying for the NJHS, I have earned exemplary grades throughout my school career.
