“Mankind’s imagination has always been excited by the possibilities of unknown regions” (Nickell, 109). In the article “Mysterious Entities of the Pacific Northwest Part 1”, Joe Nickell explains the possibilities of pseudoscience, a presented scientific belief that is not yet scientifically valid, as well as the possibility of hoaxes. While there have been many claimed sightings of paranormal activity such as Bigfoot, Ghosts and the Loch Ness Monster, there has not been evidence to prove these claims as real. Almost everybody has heard their share of ghosts stories and the myths behind Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. These stories are universally shared, and recently, people have provided evidence claiming to have seen such mysterious

My life is clearly represented by the symbolic choices I made. Everything I drew means something important to me. The CN Tower and the running man that I drew on the bottom portion of the page are excellent examples of this. The running man represents my passion of running and desire to chase after my dreams. The CN Tower represents the city of Toronto and the place in which I was born and raised in.
Another meaningful pattern and function found in studying the collected items were the pattern of what the monster could be instead. One informant stated that others assumed that the monster was instead just a migrating elk or often times a herd of elk that were swimming across the lake. In which with their backs and antlers poking up above the water, it made them look like the back of a monster moving in the water. Besides this, two other informants also believed that with the similar traits between the Bear Lake Monster and Scotland’s Loch Ness Monster the two were related. Another similarity amongst two informants were that there are water caves and tunnels in Bear Lake that connect to ones in Loch Ness, and that the Bear Lake Monster and Loch Ness Monster are actually the same creatures which travel back and forth between the lakes. These patterns of what the Bear Lake Monster could instead be also able to play an important part in the research because not only did a few of the informants speculate that it was a herd of elk or other wild animals. Several other informants also thought that since the Bear Lake and Loch Ness Monsters had similar stories that perhaps they came from the same legends and
A father’s role in Native American society, plays a large role in their son’s identity. A father is viewed by their child as the “hero” or a great role model. But also sometimes a father isn’t always there for a child or gives them reason to view in a hateful way. In Sherman Alexie’s works, we see different father roles, both good and bad, and the effect it eventually has on their son’s.

The reason the monster looked big, was because before he gave this to the media, he cropped it to make it look big. This photo was all a hoax. A very big hoax. The most recent sighting was seen by George Edwards. He was about 250 yards away when he saw something dark emerge, a green long neck with a mane like a horse, except longer. This was all he saw. This was a water based sighting. The latest land based sighting was 1963, June 6th. This was sighted by the members of an official Loch Ness Monster hunting group. This was pretty long ago but, it is still a sighting, these people were actually very far away, so they didn’t actually know if it was “Nessie”. It was said to range from 7-17 feet in length, so if it was the monster, this creature is pretty long. It was also said that there was slight movement, but it could’ve been caused by waves, or “halation” (I do not know what that means). There is a lot of sightings for this monster, and they all are big, Very big, or small. There is a giant range from what I have looked at, 6ft-45ft. This proves that some of the

Jon Ness is someone every Tommie should try to emulate as he is positive, smart and determined to work towards personal prosperity and the prosperity of those around him.
The Loch ness monster myth has been around for a very long time. Deep down in the depths of Loch Ness Lake, this monster has been averting capture and clear documentation from humans for over 80 years. Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it? This myth is a lot like the legend of Bigfoot. Although some may believe in the existence of Bigfoot, Bigfoot is not real because there is a lack of evidence, other theories, and it overall just isn’t logical. Therefore, Bigfoot is fake.

Sherman Joseph Alexie, Jr., grew up in Wellpinit, Washington, on the Spokane Indian Reservation. “ His father, an alcoholic, spent little time at home, and his mother supported the family by selling hand-sewn quilts at the local trading post” (Sax). “His academic achievements there secured him a place at Spokane’s Jesuit Gonzaga University in 1985” (Sax). Sherman Alexie uses his personal experiences to show what his life was like on the Spokane Indian Reservation in Wellpoint, Washington. Alexie and Junior, both have had similar medical experiences, family support, and cultural experiences.
The primary interest of present-day cryptozoologists are such animals as the Loch Ness Monster and other lake monsters, Bigfoot and other living hominoids, and the possibility of
We all love to think about what else could be out there that we don 't know about. We love mysteries. And when we get a glimpse of something mysterious, we are intrigued and want to learn more. On some special occasions, you get a glimpse of something truly mysterious. For example, in 2013, an Iranian vessel found the dead carcass of an unknown sea creature in the Persian Gulf. Now, three years later, people are still coming up with theories on what it could be. It has remained an exciting mystery for us all during these past few years.
