Security Risk Analysis of time in expansion of network
IT projects can be many times a daunting task to both the contracted IT Company and the clients. With some short deadlines, there is usually a small window of opportunity to present skills and produce positive results. As a network administrator, the pressure to deliver top notch and a robust system is a priority. U.S. industry Inc is just a young company that has both the quality and skills and knowledge to produce excellent work considering previous contracts that have been undertaken by the company. The US government department aims to expand its network infrastructure to enlarge the capacity and enable it provide quality services.
The cost estimation of the contract is

The more time can be a guarantee to quality, but the value of time lost is costly.
Quantitative risk assessment
it assesses the value in terms quantity lost in the contract within different periods of completion.
On time: completion of projects on time is set out in the contract. Time is saved, and value in terms of money is saved. Six months are enough to complete the project at the said cost of $3 million dollars.
One month early: the quantity of time is greatly saved, and the cost is saved considerably. The teams required to make deliveries within the alternating Mondays can maximize the number of hours worked and maybe save.
Two months late: additional time comes with added cost and expenses in the contract. More than $3 million dollars will be used if the project is not done within the estimated period. U.S. industry Inc will make losses of both time and money.
Security requirements
the security requirements of the US government are absolute and must be followed to the letter.
On time with required security: ensure that the project is within the US acceptable standards. The contract is followed to the letter hence achieving quality, fair cost, timely completion and required standards.
One month early with required security ensures that the record time is achieved, and cost is saved, and the security requirements are in line with the FISMA regulations.
Two months without required security are disastrous for U.S. industry Inc as it will
The company is served by an IT infrastructure comprising of an amalgamation of off the shelf software and components and locally developed applications and middleware. The hardware infrastructure is by and large robust and capable of withstanding any current operational peaks. The infrastructure employs a high level of redundancy and good recovery and password management systems, so there is little risk of high business impact in the case of IT issues. No architecture document exists and minimal change control is executed.
* As the company is planning to expand itself, maintaining a good track record of on time delivery can be helpful.
To be early, is to be on time, to be on time, is to be late, and to be late, is out of the question. Being able to adhere to a given deadline in a group situation, demonstrates responsibility, time management, group cohesion, and progress. However, being that a group is a collection of individuals with separate lives, there are times when members of the group may be experiencing extenuating circumstances preventing the group from completing a task on time. In such a scenario, communication within the chain of command is essential. Failing to communicate problems that may arise, and inhibit group progression towards a task will result in failure to communicate the task, group division, distrust between the chain of command and the group,
The importance of being on time in the military (or anywhere at all), is simply a symptom of discipline, which was instilled in new enlisted soldiers during basic training. Being on time shows reliability. We have to show discipline, responsibility, show care through following military rules and regulations. Being on time not only pertains to accountability, but shows respect to our fellow soldiers, our unit, command and organization as a whole. Being on time also will avoid any disciplinary actions that may hinder you from reaching your goals. Being on time may have a greater importance and effect, than we may know. Being on time enables us to be able to trust and rely on each other in life and death situations. Last but not least, it
The importance of being on time is that so you will be early to where ever you need to be, and what ever you need to do. If you are early you will always have time to make sure everything that you need to do is straight and there aren’t n e errors in what you need to do.
Deadlines are also very important as our customers and our reputation is negatively affected if we don’t complete work in the required time, so time limits help to estimate the time you have to spend on each one, otherwise you could spend too long researching one source and then find out it was the wrong source.
There is an opportunity for upgrading the technology in the IT infrastructure as a result of the extensive research and development investment that the organization is considering. AEnergy has such a unique product, that there is little in

The purpose of timescales is to ensure the information is sent by a certain deadline.
Scheduling the work day is one of the most important duties any leader in the Army or the Armed Forces for that matter, tackle each and every day. Being at the right place at the right time for any member of the Armed forces is extremely essential to the defense of the entire United States of America. It's because of this that being on time is remarkably important. Dependability, accountability, consistency and discipline are all crucially related to being on time. Furthermore, promptness also shows that the individual Soldier aims high and has their priorities straight. However, being where one
One of the main concerns during the meeting was the impact of cost and time constraints on networking techniques and project schedules. Under the ideal situation, the project start and end dates are fixed. Adding resources is not usually feasible as it increases cost. There should be a balance between time and cost constraints as it avoids wasting of resources. Also most people are willing to accept that costs could exceed expectations, and might even take a perverse delight in recounting past examples, the same is not true for time constraints. This is probably due to the fact that cost over runs are resolved in-house, while schedule issues are open and visible to the customer. A company has a lot of useful, desirable work that could be done, but has limited and finite resources available with which to do that work. Choices have to be made about which work to do and how to allocate resources. This leads to constraints especially, the time constraint and the cost constraint. Time, in project management, is analyzed down to its smallest detail. Each and every component of the project is analyzed with respect to the time required for completion. After completion of this analysis these components are broken down even further into the time required to do each task.
Initial projections show that the current schedule will take 50 weeks to finish with a final budget estimate of $3.152 million. Although the project estimate comes in under budget, the time frame for completion extends beyond the acceptable 45
Not being able to guarantee a delivery time/date can put a company’s reputation in jeopardy as they may not meet customer expectations.
Therefore, the period between contract signing and delivery is equal to 40 days. So, we adjusted revenues to remove this 40 day early recognition. This resulted in a decreased, but more conservative, amount of revenue recognized per fiscal year. (See appendix)
Hence, proper time management is crucial in meeting the deadlines of the projects. As a team, we agreed upon realistic deadlines for all distributed tasks as it helped us complete projects in timely manner.
