The yukon, the place where everybody is going these days to find gold. I don’t know if you want to go there but I will never set foot in the yukon in my entire life. It is way to cold up in the Yukon. If you go there you will need many supplies and if you run out of food you might have to eat a dead horse. Finally you will take a big risk of being murdered at your land.
I am definitely never going to the yukon for these reason. It is way too cold. The warmest it will get is negative twenty nine and the coldest is negative eighty. Another reason that I will not go is because of all the supplies I need. You need to have thirty pounds of supplies. If you run out of food it is gameover. When you run out of food you will possibly find a dead horse
Another reason is that the Yukon Territory has amazing and unique foods and drinks. My first evidence is that a famous drink called Sourtoe Cocktail. The cocktail starts off as a normal everyday cocktail, but they put an amputated human toe on the top of the drink but majority of the territory says
If I could choose to go or not, I would not. This is because only 4,000 out of 100,000 people found gold at the klondike. Another reason why I wouldn’t go, is because you could get such bad frostbite, it would take you to the grave. Also some people got so hungry,
In Inuit housing have air tight crowded and are inadequately ventilated (e.g schools) with that air is passed from one person to another.
Canadian Arctic Sovereignty is currently a pressing issue has raised many questions about who owns and who has control over the Arctic and its precious resources. The posing question is; to what extent should Canada protect its Arctic Sovereignty? There are many reasons why Canada must go forward in defending and protecting the Arctic to a moderate extent even though it will be a challenging mission considering that the Canadian military currently needs more resources in order to properly defend the Arctic. They must defend the population of Inuit that currently reside in the Arctic must be protected because their way of life is changing due to their changing landscape. The gain
I will like to go to El Yunque the rainforest water falls. The water is so cold and refreshing. You can also able to get in the water.
Eretz Yisroel! A name filled with much meaning. The Jewish homeland. The land which Hashem promised and gave to Avraham’s son, Yitzchak, and to all of his descendants. G-d willing next year I will be studying in this holy land. I have never traveled to Eretz Yisroel, and I am very excited for my opportunity to do so. Learning in the land where our history has occurred is just amazing. To be able to learn something in Tanach, and then to be able to visit that exact spot, is an exceptional. It makes everything real.
Due to the harshness of the wild in the Klondike wilderness it would be difficult for anyone to survive. If you ever plan to journey to the Yukon, my advice to you would be, plan your trip very carefully and don't forget anything. The first thing I would suggest is to hire a skillful guide to travel with you. Next, take enough supplies to last an extra week of your trip, in case you run into problems. The last thing you need to do is purchase a team of sled dogs.
Courtland Khuu Professor Cramer English 2 10/31/17 Reconciliation There is no family relationship that is without its complications. The family members may at one point or another have a conflict with each other over vital issues that they seem not to understand or agree with each other. The conflict can either be between a couple, siblings or even parents with their children. But as much as there are numerous conflicting feelings flowing around our families, reconciliation should be the most important factor and step towards uniting the family.
What is the federal government’s strategy to support its claims to sovereignty in the high Arctic?
Within roughly 500 years, the greatest empire on earth turned into a hollow shell of what it formerly represented. The Roman Empire was undoubtedly the most unstoppable force the world had seen. With its vast control and stimulation of the land it settled on, no one would think of anything happening to the empire. What they did not know was the long road of recovery that faced the Roman people. This fall gave a helping hand to other European leaders as well as one very interesting Middle Eastern one.
But as aforementioned, the Man thinks almost nothing of the extreme temperature. Also, the man was given advice by an old-timer at Sulphur Creek, who warned him to never venture out in the Yukon when the temperature dropped below fifty degrees. Nevertheless, he goes anyways. A warning that should have shocked the Man back into reality is when he first fell into one of the many springs that never froze:
I have a ticket in my hand. I can go anywhere in the world, see anything or meet anyone. The world has an abundance of cities and beautiful views. For what? A temporary ease to reality? Magical places filled with superficial smiles materialistically caused to cover up the evil within the country. So where would I go?
There are many natural places all over the world. One of the places I have been to, and really enjoyed, is Niagara Falls. This place is absolutely amazing. It has amazing sights and scenes, as well as other fun tourist attractions. Going on the tour at Niagara Falls taught me a lot about the site. I love this place because everytime I go there I am sent to this place that I could find, it just takes me away
The country that I choose is Iceland. Iceland is very unique and interesting not only because of its clean air and amazing scenery but also its natural beauty and landscapes. Nature is a big force of Iceland but the volcano’s, waterfalls, and glaciers seem to attract most tourist. There landforms are probably the most unique. The Northern Lights is also something that people find very interesting because how it is created and the view you can see. It is something that everyone should see at some point in their life. The sources that I choose to use to research the Physical Geography, Economics, History, Cultural, and Political
Another one of my favorite places I have ever visited Is Niagara Falls we went to the both sides of falls American and Canadian side we loved the Canadian Side more because it was much cleaner and they took more care into their side in my opinion. We went on a boat ride on the falls it was beautiful they told us all kinds of facts and history about the Falls which was really interesting.
