New York City is an amazing place, filled with many incredible sights. There are several unique things about the city that you can find nowhere else, such as the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty, both of which are iconic symbols throughout the world. That is what makes the city so memorable. New York City is one of my favorite places, and in this essay you fill find out why.

This is my first time that I come to New York, so I am curious about many things in this new place, such as the famous resorts, and the people here. Living in Los Angeles I believe is different compared to living in any other city in the United States. No other city really compares, at least I believe. Los Angeles is an extremely diverse city and every community differs from the next. There are numerous subgroups in Los Angeles, that really if one moves to the city, one will fit in right away with a specific group. I believe Los Angeles attracts people from all over the world because of how accepting the city is. I work in the Financial District part of Downtown Los Angeles, and even in downtown you will find different subgroups. Just in downtown you will find the Financial District, Jewelry Mart District, Flower, Fashion, Art and, so on. All of these is basically within walking distance
New York City, the city that never sleeps. One of my mom's favorite song has always been New York, New York by Frank Sinatra. Having spent most of her life in Brooklyn, New York, it's considered her second home. My brothers and sister grew up there while I was born in Colorado. I still however have lots of family there, grandparents, aunts, uncles and many many cousins, and I visit regularly. The buildings are astonishingly tall, from couple thousands feet in the air you could see the New York skyline, with the world trade center towering over the rest of the building. North of the trade center from a distance you can see the previous tallest building in NY the Empire state building and around there is called midtown/times square. Little bit more north you’ll see a large green square and is the only green/plants places you see in on the island. The green looking structure couple miles south of lower Manhattan is the famous Statue of liberty the most people has heard of. The city is full of people from every corner of the world, immigrant first stop is this city and has influences the city layout. New York is a tourist magnet with many things tourist can do in the city, the city is home of the United Nations headquarters, Empire state building, exotic museums, and entertainment hub. The city is full of life 27/7 days of the year, there always something to do, always something happening, and always something see.
