There are many symptoms of NF1 such as, Neurofibromas that are common tumors in NF that develop on or just under the skin but can appear deeper in the body, also neurofibromas are composed of nervous system tissue and fibrous tissue. However lisch nodules are clumps of pigment in the iris, and can confirm a case of NF. Most serious symptoms of NF are shown at birth or early in life, one of these symptoms is known as scoliosis. Scoliosis is curvature of the spine. Often children with NF also have learning disabilities that impact writing and use of numbers as well as having increased head circumference which on a rare case can cause hydrocephalus which can be a serious problem (Martin 1). (Martin,1) Symptoms such as café-au-lait spots, freckling and Lisch nodules pose minimal or no health risk to a person, But people with NF2 can get tumors that grow on the vestibular nerves and eighth cranial nerves. though much research has gone into it there is currently no cure for either NF1 or NF2. Neither NF1 or NF2 is contagious instead NF occurs by either inheriting it from parents or is a result of gene mutation but,if mom/dad of a child has NF there is a 50/50 chance that the child will …show more content…

K.B. runs this small department. She received approval to hire another medical ethicist to relieve the workload of the other ethicists who have a five-day workweek plus rotating on-call shifts nights and weekends. K.B. interviewed R.G. for the job. During the interview, she explained to R.G. that the on-call rotation was 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Thursday, and weekends Friday at 5 pm through Monday at 8 am. K.B. emphasized how crucial it was for each ethicist to commit to their call schedule. K.B. acknowledged that she understood. After a successful interview, K.B. offered R.G. the job, and R.G. accepted. One week before she was to begin working, R.G. sent an email to K.B. requesting religious accommodation:

If you deal with a great deal of data collection on a daily basis, you know that inputting and collecting that data can be a real pain. But rather than relying on multiple, complex systems, what if there was a way to collect multiple fields of data all at the same time? And with just one single adapter and cable? The Heidenhain ND1100/1200 Quadra-Chek Gage Interface with Multi-field Output allows for you to send data directly to Excel, with no software wedge required! You will be able to output to five fields in Excel or to any other Explorer based SPC programs with just the simple push of a single button.

To be honest before filling out this application I had never heard of the National Federation of Independent Business. Being a small businesses owner and coming from a family of small business owners, I appreciate the efforts of the NFIB.

Neurofibromatosis is a genetic neurological disorder. It has been classified by scientists into two different types: neurofibromatosis type 1, or NF1 and neurofibromatosis type 2, or NF2. NF1 occurs in approximately 1 in 4,000 births, while NF2 occurs less with 1 in 40,000 births. Neurofibromatosis can affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and skin. NF1 symptoms include: presence of light brown sports on the skin; appearance of two or more neurofibromas, or pea-sized bumps that can grow either
One of the first cases of NF can date back to the 13th century and the 18th century- even before it got its official name of NF. In 1785, there was a man reported to have been nicknamed “The Wart Man” he also had been reported to have many of the symptoms of Neurofibromatosis type 1. NF had a famous face at one point, noted as “Elephant Man’s Disease” John Merrick, who had many conditions, but experts said he was more likely to have Proteus syndrome, and people still get the two conditions confused, causing a stigma for people who suffer from NF and asking people “why don’t you look like the elephant man?”. When people call NF the “Elephant Man’s Disease” many people within the community get very defensive and will sternly tell you that it is not the same thing, and will
