On 11/13/2017 at about 1030 hours, I was in the area of 1814 Night Shadow Avenue, when I noticed a white 1999 Dodge Campervan (NV license plate# 25-MLM, VIN:2B6HB21Y7TK179268) The vehicle had been previously red tagged on 11/07/2017 by Officer Emery ( P# 2426) for unlawful storage of a motor vehicle with a seventy-two-hour warning to remove the vehicle or it would be impounded. The vehicle had spider webs connecting from the sidewalk to the rear right tire as well as the front right tire of the vehicle. This indicated to me that no attempt had been made to remove the vehicle. A wants and records check of the vehicle revealed it was registered to a Dawn Majewski and came back to an address of a vacant home located at 1814 Night Shadow
One of the vehicles involved pulled away from the accident and headed north on Sprinkle Road. Two witnesses called this in and gave a description of the vehicle. From this description the vehicle was pulled over on the corner of East Main Street and and 26th street at 14:07.

Deputy Martin requested assistance from Jacksonville Police Department K-9 who promptly arrived and began the track for the driver of the vehicle. Jacksonville PD’s K-9 Officer Wheeler tracked the driver into the woods and after a short track to a flooded area the scent was lost and the search was terminated.
I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt spoke to a Steve Craine who stated on 06/06/2017 he saw a small silver SUV on his property. Steve stated the SUV was pulling a red 1970's model truck bed as a trailer. Steve stated he saw a white male drving and a female passenger. Steve stated the subjects were loading items from his property. Steve stated the subjects dropped all the items. Steve stated the subjects went to his neiybors Craig Chaffin's house at 25004 West 49th Street. Craig stated a female named Emma Hogen and a white male named Jerry came to his shop. Craig stated Emma and Jerry were trying to sell items out of a red truck bed. Craig stated Emma and Jerry wanted $300.00 dollars for the whole trailer full of property. Craig stated he paid Emma and Jerry $200.00 dollars and $100.00 was a check he wrote to Emma. Craig stated Emma and Craig left in a silve Geo Tracker SUV. I
I made contact with the vehicle bearing a Florida tag of HDCD43. I confirmed via dispatch that the vehicle was listed as stolen in FCIC / NCIC. I then attempted to make contact with the registered owner via agency cell phone with no results. I then went to the listed address of the registered owner and made contact with the owner and advised him that vehicle had been recovered. I provided the registered owner a courtesy ride back to the scene.
On Thursday, July 24, 2015 approximately 0355 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Oakland Avenue and Okelly Street for a welfare check. Conyers Dispatch stated a driver, Tara Norton, who was passing by, noticed a vehicle in the ditch.
I checked the tow truck driver credentials and paperwork which reveals the vehicle to be impounded by Associate Asset Recovery.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
On Wednesday 04/28/16 at 2239 hours I was driving in my patrol vehicle around the area of Lea Hill Park located at 31600 124th Ave SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA, when I noticed a vehicle with two occupants inside parked on the south side of the park.

On 07/15/2015, at approximately 2305 hours, your Affiant was on routine patrol on Main Street (SR924) when I observed a silver Chrysler sedan parked in the One Hundred Block of South Main Street (westside of the street) near the intersection of Oak Street. The vehicle displayed a Pennsylvania registration of JRJ-5342. The registration was checked utilizing the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation vehicle record abstract which revealed that the license plate was assigned by the department to KYLE ROBERT & SARAH LYNN FOGARTY for a 1998 Chevrolet. I then verified the status of KYLE and SARAH FOGARTY'S driving licenses both of which were suspended by the Department of Transportation.

On Sunday, November 5, 2017 at approximately 7:26 AM, I, Officer Raul Marrero and Ryan Holroyd were dispatched to 820 SE 9th Ct, in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Dispatch advised of a white Pontiac car that was parked in the driveway. The complainant/homeowner, James Robert Caves Sr., didn 't know who the vehicle belonged to.
I conducted a registration check and discovered that the vehicle's tag had expired on 08-27-2017, and was not assigned to a vehicle. Furthermore, the vehicle was not currently registered and showed the tag on the vehicle belonging to the previous registered owner in the Driver and Vehicle Identification Database to, Donald Arthur.
