The North American Business Unit of AMETEK MRO consists of three Business Groups made up of seven businesses with eight locations in different six cities with $100M revenue. Three Business Managers and three Controllers locally managing these businesses. The position will assist the Business Unit VP in the direction and delivery of results and improved performance.
AMETEK is a performance driven company. The key to success in this position is to effectively partner with the Business Unit VP and his/her staff to ensure orders, revenue, profit, and working capital goals are consistently met. In support of this goal, this individual must be a strong finance leader who embraces effective performance of financial planning and analysis, assisting with cost accounting functions, as required, and ensuring all necessary financial controls are in place and followed. Crucial elements include a hands-on approach, involved leadership, and overall business acumen. Experience in aviation MRO or a manufacturing finance environment is required.
