Nt1310 Unit 3 Assignment 1

I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. I know a lot about plugins so I can be a huge help with that as well . Also what to do when people are not obeying the rules. I love playing minecraft and have been playing since 1.3 and never been banned on any server. I can contribute to this server by bringing 110% effort and fire to the table, and putting in the extra effort needed even if it may be hard or not enjoyable. I will always bring fun to the chat, and to the community by cleaning it out of things maybe other staff may not catch such as racism, threats, harassment, minecraft glitches, and hacks! If i am ever offline and not at a camp, i would probably be dead… or eating/sleeping xD. I may be exaggerating, but I would definitely spend every second i can on being helpful on Warfine.

8.How do you think you can benefit the server by being helper? I can benefit the server because I know the community and most players I know what hacks are I am fairly good at screen sharing I usually know when someone is cheating blatant or not I have also notice that when I am on the server there is not much staff on I am very active I play all day I am also very mature and yes I know I have been toxic in the past but I have changed earlier there was people trying to crash the server and no staff were on i could have fixed this very easy http://i.imgur.com/3uOijJF.png I am very trustworthy and hardworking I know what i am doing as staff and would overall just love to help the maple community out as it is very toxic and i have seen a lot of cheating scum so I would love to clean up these scum bag hackers and make maple great again I am very easy to talk to I can deal with people in a professional manner I'm a very patient and kind person when I'm doing work. Previous experience as being a staff member: I have helped out with thirty or less servers they all have a small community, I have had Administrator on three (Hard working and solving bugs, Helping others too), On a couple of other servers (V.I.A) The Legendary Forest, I have been given Moderator and Builder. (EDIT: I have only worked with seven-teen servers, Sorry)

Ok, let's get started. I want to become a staff member simply because I love to help people. I sometimes see people asking questions that unfortunately do not get answered. I strive to help people in need, whether if it is help for a command, information on the server, or in need of a staff member. I do my best even when I have limited power and impact on the players. With having a lot of experience with owning and being staff on servers under my belt, I will carry that over to this server and help you guys out! Personally, I think my leadership and decision making skills are great and can benefit the server in many ways. While striving to be a role model to the players, I do not cuss, swear, refer to inappropriate things. I have ways of interrogation for when I think members are hacking/modding and have crafty ways of "tricking" them into admission of hacking!

I want to be a helper because I love helping people and I love this server. This server is awesome and I would LOVE to become a helper and give people a fun time. I love this server its 1 of the only 3 I play I would love to become a part of staff I also want to become staff because of how fun this server is and how I want to improve it (even though its already the best). How many hours can you contribute to the server each day?:4-5 hours a day I am on this would be my schedule. I am also homeschooled so it makes it easier for me to be online when help is needed. I rarely have any school problems and it would not be super hard for me to be on during school times.

The network consists hardware and software components and other components to keep the company safe. A common network that Jay’s company will need are routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, SANs, and Domain Name System (DNS). The router and switches will allow the systems to communicate. Jay needs to ensure that the routers have spare capacity after the deployment to cope with projected growth and usage. The switches will connect to the system within the network. Both running at capacity tend to induce escalating bottlenecks. This will affect how long it takes for the clients to submit messages to the servers on different networks, Jay needs to make sure he is up to date with the router and switch because it can cost greatly if he does not.

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

I think this is good server because everyone helps guide you especially staff and most people just make you want to play every day. I want to help players and give them a positive feeling when they start playing the server, and also I love helping people

i want to be staff to help the players in need, i will always answer there questions as good as i can and i want no problems with the server and i want everyone to have a fun time on the server,and i want to help to make sure that there is no hacking,spamming,swearing or anything like that, i want to help this server to be clean as much as possible,and i would also like to be staff to help other staff with the work and i want to give an example for the people and staff for this server as it is my favorite.I also want to be staff to make sure that this server keeps going fair like it has been for a while,and i would love to share my ideas with the staff.Also being staff is hard work and that's my i really really really want to be helper,not to just help the players but also to help the community

I am a hard working person and I would love to see the server improve, I would like to get rid of the hackers and the spammers and all the people who break the rules in general. Further more I can guarantee you I will always be there to help. I am very active so I could help out anyone on any gamemode if anyone needs technical help I could tell the developer about it or if its an in-game hacker/spammer or anything I could help out right there and then I would help them then. I am also very active so I could help any other Mods catch hackers. I could help get the community to improve and be a way more wonderful and amazing place [not that it isn 't :D ]. I could also help out on TS as I have got TS and I would have wonderful conversations with the community in all gamemode. I am active on TS as well so that could help if someone is banned of the server and needs help I could go on TS and tell them to appeal and link them to forums appeal section. I want to be staff so I could help get rid of hackers, Being staff means doing your responsibilities in time and I 'm good at that, being a staff member means to have fun with the people on carnage and punishing people who break the rules in general. I am active also so I could help people around if they need help in any way. I am a chill and responsible person; I am loyal and won 't abuse or betray the server. I never walk

I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out.

1. I want staff because I want to be able to help all the other players have a very fun time on this server because I really enjoy it. I think that the staff makes or breaks the server. If there is bad staff, the server is probably bad. If there is good staff (as on this server) then the server is obviously good. I really enjoy playing on all servers on hcteams Network. I would like to spend a lot more time on the server and would really appreciate staff because I would be on a lot more than I am now. As I stated before, I will not abuse my power and will focus my whole attention on making the server better for all the other players. I would appreciate staff because I am very active on the server and have been told by many people that I am nice in game and answer questions thoughtfully.
