Thank you for writing that letter to me, sorry I had not written to you in a while. School and other things have kept me occupied. Somedays I had school from 8:am to 9:pm, and I had other projects and papers to write as well. Back in October I applied to the nursing program, and by the grace of God I was accepted into the nursing program. It was a very joyous moment in my life. I will begin nursing school in January, they typically do a White Coat Ceremony for the new nursing students, I will send you a picture of that. Also I finished this school semester strong, I passed with all A’s and kept my 4.0 GPA, as well I made it on the Dean’s List again. Please pray for me, as this program is rigorous and challenging. My parents having been
I was overwhelmed with joy to discover that I was the recipient of a five-thousand dollar scholarship from the Osher Foundation. I am writing to you to thank you for your generous donation towards my higher education.
I am writing to you this letter to express my interest to take up a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing study in your University. I have been admiring Western Governors University has a flexible nursing program given me a chance to continue advancing my career path. As a working mother and a caregiver for my dialysis husband, make it very difficult to attend traditional classroom. I believe this unique program will help me to achieve my nursing goal.
Thank you for taking the time to interview me on December 21, 2015 for the Certified Nursing Assistant position. I am very pleased to join the Franciscan Community at where my CNA skills will contribute to providing high quality care.
I am eager to become a part of St. Luke’s nursing staff as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I am confident that my Idaho State CNA certification and my 32 hours of internship makes me the perfect contender for this position.
Thank you for considering my appeal to continue in the Nursing program. As much as I feel I should have been able to recover from missing 10 days of studying during my Term B classes, Therapeutic Use of Self and Adult 1; however, this was something I was not able to do despite my best efforts.
This community is filled with firemen, humanitarians, scientists, teachers, and lawyers. However, amongst the individuals who give pride to our community there are thieves, killers, rapists, terrorist, extortionists, and the list continues. Witnessing the damaged people that walk among us, gives me the desire to pursue medical field, insuring the compassion I have for others. There is no level of damage one could do that will prohibit me from fully performing the duties I need to be fulfill as a Registered Nurse. Whenever I help someone in need, I do not need any sort of recognition from the world for helping my fellow brothers and sisters. Also, I do not think I'm somehow superior to those who do not help others when they have to ability to do so. I will never help someone to impress society, but only to insure their well being.
I am writing to you to express my sincere interest in your new nursing technician position. I learned about this position through an information session held at Gonzaga University, and felt that it would be a wonderful opportunity for me to continue my growth past the classroom. The core values of Providence– respect, justice, compassion, justice, excellence, and stewardship – fit right with the values I hold myself to in daily life. I believe that there is an inherent dignity in all persons that must be upheld and respected. As a caretaker to all persons in times of hardship and joy, I can assure I uphold this dignity through practicing these values.
I'm writing this letter in order to express my deep thanks for your generous sponsorship. Nursing studies are intensive and most challenging and they require much investment and perseverance all along the way.
As nurses we all bring our own values and beliefs to the job whether or not we intend to, it happens. I place large amounts of value on family and friends. These are the people you can call on for support. I know that without the support of my mom helping me with my kids and my house work there is no way I could be in the nursing program. Family is often a place when as children we learn and develop our values and beliefs. Giving this deeper thought I can see how this is true for myself. When working with B I would often think about what it would be like to be raised in an unstable environment by a mother who struggles with mental health and addictions. B was often placed in respite foster homes. I found myself thinking about what it would be like to sit down to meal with a strange family how awkward would he have felt. Building on this making connections with people is very important to me. Once I was able to build a connection with B I was able to work with him in a more cohesive way. Making that convection helps to build trust, positive relationships are built on trust. Being a good listener is a skill that I value as a nurse. Not only do I value being a good listener but I also value being heard. I value you a person 's ability to do what they say they are going to do. If you tell a patient that you will return to check in with them in 30 minutes than you need to be sure that you keep your word. When working with clients it is import to me to build on
Certification is a voluntary process that requires nurses to obtain additional education and exhibit proficiency in a specific area of clinical practice for the purpose of protecting the public (Cherry & Jacob, 2017). According to Fritter and Shimp (2016), the benefits of certification include eligibility for job opportunities, personal satisfaction, increased pay, and an enhanced reputation. Not to mention, research suggests that nurses who achieve certification stay in the field longer than those who do not, as well as allowing organizations to earn Magnet status (Fritter & Shimp, 2016). The first certifications were issued by many specialty nursing organizations (Cherry & Jacob, 2017). To organize and structure the programs, American Nurses Credentialing Center was established in 1990, and is the organization responsible for issuing certification for nurses today (Cherry & Jacob, 2017).
The committee should choose me for the reason that I will be diligent and study earnestly for that spot. What I can offer to the program includes my distinguishable qualities such as empathy, calmness, decisiveness, and critical thinking. The reason I chose to major in Nursing is for my passion for working in the medical field and impacting people lives. I would like to believe if given the opportunity to be in the nursing program; I will complete the tasks that are required of me for myself and my family’s sake. Another essential point is that I am a first generation college student, I struggled both academically and emotionally during my first year at Commerce. However, with my determination paired with dedication, I confronted various obstacles and prevailed to achieve the necessary grades.
Paul Harris said that “Personality has power to uplift, power to depress, power to curse, and power to bless.” Your personality carries with you when you travel. It is your traits and characteristics and to satisfy your personality that you must find the right job that fits. I have the ability to delight others and make them lighten up and enjoy the world and in turn that has a positive outcome on me. Because of my optimistic, witty, and warm personality, I have chosen to pursue a career in the field of nursing where I will be assisting and helping as many patients as I can, pushing myself to my full potential while conquering challenges and making the world a better place.

I believe that nursing is both and art and a science consisting of psychosocial and biological sciences that work together to continually improve the health care field. I believe that with the knowledge and clinical experience from the TVCC ADN program I will be able to provide the best care possible to the people in the community. As a nurse it is important to carry the attributes of being caring, compassionate, understanding, non judgmental, realistic, open-minded, honest, ethical, and moral. I also feel that it is important to maintain sensitivity to all cultures when providing care.
I hope that all is well. I know that we both have busy lives, but be sure to stay in touch. I still wish to meet you someday. Currently, I am working as a Registered Nurse. I am also trying to learn the foreign exchange market.
