Bii) It is important to reflect on your work activities so that you gain self awareness and so you can do your as well as possible. It helps you to become more aware of how your actions come across to other people, your actions will have a positive or negative affect. For example, if you have to speak a bit louder so that someone hard of hearing can hear you then you need to make sure your facial expression is friendly, otherwise you may come across as aggressive.
