INTRODUCTION Leadership is defined as an ability to influence a group toward the achievement of goal. By this definition, we can see a lot of models, theories and issues were developed or arise. Thus, our group was given a case to solve it by relate the case with the models, theories and issues that might be similar to the case that given to us. Briefly I will summaries about the case that we have received; this case was talking about 3M CEO which is George Buckley that developing a new leadership model for the company under 3M’s leadership program development. In Path-Goal theories it is called as supportive where leader must be friendly and show concern and needs of follower, can approach and guide the followers, and show a respect toward follower. Third, raise the bar means everyone could make a bold contribution, suggestion or idea in order to have the best solution for each problem that happened in the organization. As a leader, they must have participative style which is leader can consult with follower and use their suggestion before making any decision that will affect the organization objective and environment. By this ways, leader can make decision more precisely and will satisfying all side of the organization. Fourth, deliver result means leaders must show the result such as information, guidance and clarification of each task and decision that have been made by the leader. This is a directive style because this style shows a leader a very particular in completely the task or job. Leaders usually will briefly explain about what is expected of them toward follower, schedule work to be done, and gives specific and clear guidance as to how to accomplish the job. Fifth, innovate resourcefully mean leaders must know how to distribute and divide a work to the follower to be efficient and systematically to be done and can get the full satisfaction of work. This also similar to the directive style because leaders will find ways is the most efficient to perform a job by dividing them systematically.
