Obesity is popular in modern society, rising at an alarming speed, which contributes health problems, both physically and psychologically. Poor diet leads to chronic illness, including diabetes, stroke and heart disease. Dietary is one of the most effectiveness treatments for obesity and chronic illness. Thus, it is of great importance in modern society, for both children and adults. There are three main types of learning principles, known as classical conditioning, ope-rant conditioning and observational learning. Each of them plays an important role in shaping diet. Obesity will contribute to a series of physical health problems, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, etc. Also metal health will suffered from obesity, resulting in psychological disorders, even death. The negative impact of obesity seems to be more serious than smoking, with more costs on treatment. Great concerns have been shown towards this health issue, in order to advocate a healthy life style. Promoting healthy diets is one of the most important prevention from obesity. Rather than food depression, a nutritious dietary contributes calorie burning and weight controlling. Dietary is completely different from unsafe diets, which greatly reduces nutrient intake, in order to cut calories down. It focuses on a practical and sustainable eating plan, with a wide rage of nutrition from various groups, which limited to certain amount of calories. Dietary is able to help people maintain at a healthy weight with reasonable amount of calorie.
