About one-third of children and adolescents ages 6 to 19 are considered to be overweight or obese(NIH). Obesity has become the most common pediatric chronic disease in todays time.(TRINITY). An approach to this would be to make a dietary plan to help the youth overcome this sickness .Many illness that occurs in obese teenagers are a result of their eating habits, minimal excise time, and continual depression. Over eating can be a result of the teenagers not having enough activities to engage in (James). If the teenagers were involved in a sport or favorite hobby it could make a huge difference (Jefferson). Kids could burn up to 12 pounds of fat per year , according to Dr. John Buckley , excise physiologist as Keele University by cycling to and from school every day (Kim). 1 in 7 United Kingdom teenagers and one 12 six-year-olds are dangerously overweight, according to the Department Of Health (DOH). Because of this fact the rise of obesity isn 't just a problem here in the United States but almost all over the world. What is binge eating ?
