Occraft Case Study

I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. I know a lot about plugins so I can be a huge help with that as well . Also what to do when people are not obeying the rules. I love playing minecraft and have been playing since 1.3 and never been banned on any server. I can contribute to this server by bringing 110% effort and fire to the table, and putting in the extra effort needed even if it may be hard or not enjoyable. I will always bring fun to the chat, and to the community by cleaning it out of things maybe other staff may not catch such as racism, threats, harassment, minecraft glitches, and hacks! If i am ever offline and not at a camp, i would probably be dead… or eating/sleeping xD. I may be exaggerating, but I would definitely spend every second i can on being helpful on Warfine.

I can assist the server greatly because I can make sure no one is breaking any of the rules, I can help out the server, and I have been staff before so I know how to do things very well. I will make sure no one dares to break the rules and stop them before they can even make their move. I hate rule breakers that destroy the fun on servers and I can assist opcraft by stopping them once and for all and make sure no one dares to every hack on opcraft every again. Also I can assist opcraft by helping anyone in need. I remember when I first joined minecraft and went on a server and I did not know how to do much so I ask for help and no one assist me. I will make sure no one is going to be like that where they ask for help and no one gives them any.

I believe i would make a difference on this server because of my history helping on other servers. I have heard a lot of positive feedback on servers saying I am good at helping and that they love the work that I am doing. I wish to become staff so I can improve the server and make it greater for players and staff. I'd like to see the serer at it's peak, so I'll try everyday as hard as I can to improve it for the better. Rule-breakers are a great crisis for every community in Minecraft. They destroy the fun for players who actually like to play. I plan to eliminate them swiftly so they can cause no harm to threaten this community; in any way at all. Helping the server is something I always wanted to do, I can do this by creating guidelines for players and staff members so they can gain more experience. I wish to bring joy to the community and make them smile. I want them to have the time of of there lives playing this server without any negative issues getting in the way. Many people are respectful on this server; however many are not. I wish to stop those disrespectful players so other people don't get upset or hurt. Generally, I think this server can improve and become the number 1 server. One day, I wish to see this server have more players than any other community in the minecraft world. However, I can only help to a certain extent as a member, that's why I want to become staff. So I can go far beyond my limits and help players as best as possible. Sometimes, there's no staff members on since they're busy with other things. When there's none on, there tends to be a lot of rule-breakers that like ruining the community for other players. I am very kind to other players and I love the community I feel I as a helper could enhance the fun players have on the server by monitoring chat, the Sky block Op Factions and Prison servers, and just players in general. Helping people with there questions, mistakes, and problems would be fun for me because I like to help people, and to watch them learn from there mistakes and move on in the cyclone community. Correcting players who spam, and abuse would further move the Cyclone server up the Top servers list. The server is growing anyone can tell, the bigger servers get, the bigger the number of haters gets. Stopping these haters from ruining the server is what we want right? How can we do this when there are not any staff on at some points. I would like to be staff on here to help people when they are in need and I am also planning to be very active on here whether I get staff or not. This is currently my favourite game mode to play so that will motivate me to be online a lot of the time. Also because I am planning to be so active I can reduce the hackers and moderate the chat on KitMap and on HCF and Factions which will result in happy players because they can enjoy playing without any toxicity in chat or hackers. I 'm positive that I don 't enjoy servers with bad chat moderation and hackers so why should the players on this server have to suffer from it? I know most of the rules on this server and depending on how a rule is broken in the specific circumstance I can choose a suitable outcome. I can do this by listening to others point of views of what happened in the situation and base a rough idea of what happened then I would ask the offender why they broke this rule and based on their attitude and answer I would give a fair outcome. If a player is not happy with this outcome I would give them one chance to come and talk to me about it to see if we can resolve his/her issue and prevent them from breaking rules in the future. The reason I base an outcome on their attitude as well is because if they have a poor attitude and I give them a mute for a short amount of time they will come back on the server with

I would be there to help everyonne out on the server not just people that just joined or just people that have been there for a really long time. I want to be there to help everyone and make sure everyone is treated fairly. Some people might ask how is this making a difference the difference is me trying to make people nicer on the server so they come back on with friends. I would love to get more people on the server and make a huge difference that could make the server grow

One thing I do not have a lot of time on Opcraft but I did join the server a long time ago I don't think that matters because I still love Opcraft and I am planing on playing it for a while. I would like to prove that I can do the job just as well as people who have been on the server for much longer than me. Finally I want to make Opcraft's environment more friendly. I see people being mean to each other and saying rude things I don't think that is necessary and would like to try to eliminate that. I know it is impossible to 'eliminate' it but I will try my best to make it the best environment possible! That is how I think I can assist Opcraft if I become part of the staff team.

How do you think you can assist the server if you become this rank? I will be able to assist the server in many ways such as me being active on forums, discord, and in-game. Meaning I am usually around to assist people. I have recently noticed the amount of hackers on OPCraft and want to stop them from hacking cause that will scare away the new people and old people on the server. I will assist the OPCraft community by telling my friends about this server and how amazing and awesome it is. I will always be watching chat so no links, ip-grabbers, ads, etc will be out there.

(Especially Factions). People use autosoup, forcefield, and knockback, which is unfortunate and unfair towards a lot of the players on the server who play clean. Everyone would enjoy the server more if it was played the way it should be. I will help people who try to scam, or trickery by using mischievous chat such as /pay [name] -[amount]. We all know that does not deduct money from one's account, but a little kid may want to fall for it. That may provide him/her with a bad experience on the server. With me as a Helper or other staff member, I can help clean up the server, answer questions, give info, and even build. (If you ever need a builder)

I'm always open to helping people whenever I am able to, though there is a limited amount that I can do as a regular player, especially when it comes to issues related to the server as opposed to a personal player problem. Since I am an ex-staff, I try to refrain from "mini-modding", especially when there are staff members online, but how I behave normally is more or less the same as how I behaved when I was a staff member. I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out.

I would love to take up the role of becoming a staff member on OPCraft as I've recently returned from a 1-year break. I've been playing since the 3rd of May 2015 and I've always loved the feel of the server even though it is capable of getting toxic at times. I feel like now is the right time and I've done a lot of maturing in the 1 year I've been gone. I'm very committed towards the server and I feel like I can include some variety and a "fresh set of hands". I do notice throughout the mornings when I'm playing on OPCraft there can be a lack of staff on to help out players in need, this being a crucial element of getting new players to stay and enjoy the server. I am very familiar with the rules and I know when to enforce them correctly.
