On 04/28/2018 at about 2301 hours, Officer Weist (P#2463) and I were dispatched to 62620 Hardgate Street in reference to a family disturbance. Upon our arrival, we were met by a Hispanic female adult identified as by her Nevada drivers license as Maria Ochoa. Ochoa stated that she and her sixteen-year-old daughter (Jasmine Henriquez) had been in a been in a verbal argument that turned physical. Ocha stated that argument started over Henriquez wanting to go to a party and Ocha told her no. Ochoa stated that when she told Henriquez she could not go, she became angry and said: "even if you tell me no I'm still going". Ochoa went on to say that she caught Henriquez trying to sneak out of the house at about 2230 hours. Ochoa stated that she confronted Henriquez and attempted to prevent Henriquez from leaving by pulling her shirt. At this point, Ochoa stated that is when Henriquez grabbed her right wrist with her left hand and began to punch Ochoa in her right arm with her right closed fist. Ochoa stated her youngest son Jonathan Ochoa (12/13/006) was present at the time of the incident. Ochoa stated that Henriquez took off in an unknown vehicle and left in an unknown direction. Officer Saunders, Officer Torres and I contacted Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo at 13 W. Hammond Street. Arevalo told me the following information in summary: On 03-14-16 at approximately 0930 hours, Arevalo was reportedly approached by Parra in the rear parking lot behind his residence. Parra told Arevalo that he did not properly screw in her vehicle’s inner driver’s door panel.

Upon arrival, Officer Jimenez made contact with Gerald Hendricks (W/M-DOB11/19/1981). Hendricks was standing outside the residence. Upon contact, Officer Jimenez could smell a strong odor of alcoholic coming from Hendricks breath. Hendricks told Officer Jimenez that he got into a physical altercation with his wife Amber Anderson (W/F-DOB02/12/1982). Hendricks stated that his wife was inside the residence. On 11-22-17 at approximately 0942 hours, Officer Calcanas responded to Maple Street and Sierra Madre Boulevard regarding a female seen dancing in the street. Officer Calcanas arrived on scene and saw a female Hispanic, later identified as Ynzunza standing in the street. Ynzunza was reportedly swinging a water container at passing vehicles. The vehicles drove around Ynzunza in order to avoid striking her.
While at the Boyer 's getting fuel, two juvenile females came to me to report a suspicious male. The females identified themselves as Patricia Moncrief and Hayley Stachowski. The juvenile females stated there is a male that had been parked outside the Domino 's for a while stalking a female worker. The juvenile females stated the worker was told to call the police but she did not. The females stated a male Domino 's worker came outside to confront the male and the male moved his vehicle to the Boyer 's side parking lot and remained there. The juvenile females pointed the vehicle out to me, which I observed and the male sitting inside the vehicle, I identified that male as Pena Jose. Pena started his vehicle and drove away. The

In the summer of 1994 an Illinois woman’s buzzer rang at her apartment complex in Waukegan. She went downstairs to check after nobody went upstairs to her apartment. As soon as she reached the door downstairs, two men forced her into a dark colored sedan, kidnapped her, and raped her. Distraught after her attack, the victim wandered until she ultimately found a Seven Eleven close by and the police were called. When the police arrived, the victim said she was attacked by two Hispanic men that looked to be in their mid-twenties and a bit taller than her height of five feet and seven inches. The car that she was forced into was described as dark colored, older, having four doors and tinted windows. The victim’s boyfriend saw Angel Gonzalez’s car in the apartment complex parking lot and it matched the characteristics that the woman used to describe the assailant’s car. Police later stopped Gonzalez’s car and the victim acknowledged that the car was the one she described. She was then asked if Gonzalez was one of her attackers, and she was certain that he was, despite her being in the backseat of the police car while he was in front of it. Not only was he not close enough for her to get a clear view, but he also had facial hair and a birthmark, both characteristics that she did not use to describe her attackers.
