Office Space shows the reality of many peoples work, unhappy and discouraged persons that are not treated the way they should or simply don get pay fairly for their work. In addition, there is a minor phenomenon and is that an employee who is not happy with his work will be inefficient, try not to continue in that work and may even not have good intentions with the company. The type of motivation that might really work for the employees is an incentive, growth and social motivation .Let the employees do some of the stuff they really want and to get them more involve in the process, not only to give them orders of what they have to do but to let the get their hands dirty and really put some personal input everyday. To create a more dynamic work environment should also help, and to create a really good co-workers relation so that they are happy not only with the job they do but the place the go to work to. A little raise on their salary could also be motivating for them and in case the employees needed to work on weekends, the pay should be higher. Initech bosses should also congratulate their employees when they notice they are doing a good job, this motivates the person to keep up their work. Monetary incentives are one method that can be used by a leader or a manager in his or her workplace, these incentives is to reward an employee for his or her outrageous work-related performance. After the plan goes into effect, they realize that the virus is not stealing pennies, but is moving thousands of dollars. Peter decides to return the money to the company and take the blame so his friends don’t get into trouble. He writes an apology letter and leaves it under his boss’s door. However, when he goes to work next morning the office building has been burned down by another disgruntled worker. • I believe there are always room for improvement in one organization there is always a leader to ser one goal to aim for everybody . As a carer in Park house I need to develop my skills and improve my work with the help of other members. like for an example: every year we have so called appraisal interview which is so beneficial to every staff because in such way we will know the areas where we need to develop. My workplace looks like a house, basically, this place is a health care center for the residents who are suffering from some diseases or not able to live their lives properly. There are lots of registered nurses, doctors, licensed practical nurses, feeding services, sweepers and disabled people (residents) who need help. They play lots of games with the residents so they do not feel homesick. They make that place like their houses. This organisation is divided into parts such as elm, orchard grove, sunset lounge, evergreen, and blueberry wing. This place is full of a variety of people from different countries. It contains 185 beds. Residents have friendly behavior and fully enjoy their lives. The environment of my workplace is full of happiness. It also contains large garden for jogging, walking and for exercise. Whenever I went there I feel happy from my sole. After, completing my semester I am going to miss that place a lot. “Office Space” is a comedy movie of a man who desperately hates his job and his boss. The movie begins with Peter Gibbon’s daily life story at Initech. At work, Peter has to deal with his indifferent boss, Bill Lumbergh, who doesn’t want to listen to his employee’s feedbacks. Lumbergh seems to be an ignorant and arrogant man who dictates his employee and doesn’t want to be blamed at all. Moreover, Lumbergh asks his employee to come to work on weekend. The atmosphere in the office is getting more intense after Lumbergh announced that Initech is bringing in consultants to increase the efficiency of the company. Peter was very frustrated with everything in the office and he felt that his life even more miserable with each passing day at work.
