On 11/28/16, at 1820 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, was met in the lobby of the Bladensburg Police Department by a citizen who wanted to file a lost property report. While interviewing Ms. Angela Ozor (Complainant), who stated she caught a cab, from 14th Street, NE Washington, D.C to 5802 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg, Maryland apartment #507 on 11/26/16 at 0330 hours, though DC silver taxi. Ms. Ozor stated that she left her black in color, purse inside the cab with several ID's, inside. Ms. Ozor also stated she attempted to reach the cab company on 11/28/16 for her property with negative results. On Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at about while present at group 31 office, I reviewed the CCRB interview of Sgt. Joseph Grimm as it pertains to the above allegation of missing property. Sgt. Grimm stated the following;
Stephen said on 07/25/2017 he parked his truck in the driveway with a Predator 8750 watt generator on a trailer. Stephen said at 8:00pm on 07/25/2017 the generator was still on the trailer. Stephen said on 07/26/2017 around 7:00am one of his workers noticed the generator was missing. Stephen said the strap on the generator had been cut to remove the generator. Stephen said he had cameras on his property and will review the video to see if the theft was on camera. Stephen said he was not sure if the cameras could see where the trailer was. Stephen said he did not have the serial number
I made contact with the driver (Stanciel, Conswella N. DOB 06/19/86), who related that she did not possess a driver's license. Conswella was checked through LEADS via dispatch, which revealed a no valid driver's license and she was clear with no wants or warrants. She was unable to provide insurance for the vehicle. There was a passenger in the vehicle, who was identified as (Edwards, Shekida D. DOB 07/24/86), she was checked through LEADS, which revealed that she was valid with no wants or warrants. The vehicle was released to Shekida.
Attempted to make delivery at 9:00pm Saturday nowhere to park and then move out of area by police
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. Climi advised that the suspect stated that he was upset
Officers requested to 304 West Chester Street for a disturbance. The caller was an employee with the Water Auth. and the individuals at the residence became disorderly with him and his co-worker.
Deputy’s Assignment: I was dispatched to 10608 West 73rd Street on Monday, December 11th, 2017 for a larceny complaint. I spoke to Jimmy Holman who said his vehicle was broken into and items missing.
On August 4, 2017 at approximately 2:40pm, Officer Lucas Griffin and I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to 902 West Lincoln Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana, in reference to a business alarm. Upon arrival I witnessed a maroon 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing license plate number ZTC679. I checked the vehicle and it was locked; however, I noticed the car was warm, as if the car had just been parked in the parking lot. I also noticed the back door of the business was opened. Officer Griffin and I checked the inside of the room; however, there was no door in the back room where you could enter the business. On 05/19/2017, at 2348 hours, I, Officer Humphries (ID #335), along with Corporal Calloway (ID #326), responded for suspicious person loitering outside of the business establishment "7ELEVEN" located at, 5456 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg, Maryland.
I checked the tow truck driver credentials and paperwork which reveals the vehicle to be impounded by Associate Asset Recovery.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
The 304th Regiment comes within bounds of a second wave. Lack of reinforcement or motivation could lead to loss of confidence or hope. Being without hope is the easiest way to lose a battle. The effect of the first battle left Henry and others to cower and run because of discouragement within their regiment. Henry was dealing with doubt that was placed in his head by his mother, prior to leaving to join the 304th Regiment.
On Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at about 1101 hours while present at group 31 office, I added the allegation of missing property for Sgt. joseph Grimm Tax 946688. The allegation of missing property is being added because he partnered with the arresting officer when Mr. Carlton Smith & Mr. Joshua Riley were arrested on August 23, 2014 and he had direct access to the prisoners'

On Sunday, November 5, 2017 at approximately 7:26 AM, I, Officer Raul Marrero and Ryan Holroyd were dispatched to 820 SE 9th Ct, in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. Dispatch advised of a white Pontiac car that was parked in the driveway. The complainant/homeowner, James Robert Caves Sr., didn 't know who the vehicle belonged to.
