The company’s main line of expertise is providing collections services to most major banks in the Philippines, impressively branching out on all major metro cities in the Philippines covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in just a span of 3 years. I would define innovation as the ability to apply this creative thinking to an existing product, solution or approach that improves the outcome of a solution to a problem or usefulness of a product. Innovation is the ability to put creative thoughts to use in a way that is beneficial to a person, product, object, problem or situation. .

Alongside the entrepreneur spirit, Innovation is the process of taking new ideas and implementing them into the market. Key word being “new”, an innovation can be sometimes viewed as the application to better solutions that meet new demand-requirements, inarticulated needs or existing market needs. Innovative ideas range from: goods, services, products, processes, services, technologies or ideas that create value for which customers will pay for. For an idea to be an innovation, it must be replicable at an economical cost and must satisfy a specific need. This means is that one must be ready and willing put their new idea to the test. On the other hand, there is recognition that “innovation is also critical to cultural, environmental, social, and artistic progress as well” (Bullinger, 2006). With this stated, high-tech innovation is ultimately the reason why we can be thankful for the many new conveniences of the 21st century. Although we might see the forefront of innovation being very prominent in today’s world, innovation is truly nothing new. My name is Tien. I am Vietnamese. Currently, I am living in Thu Duc district, in Ho Chi Minh city. I study intermediate level at the Thu Duc college of technology. I don’t live in a dormitory of school because my house is relatively near the school. I live with my parents. I study business administration. The implementation of technology has become an important part of healthcare and will continue to grow in use. Our patient population over the past several years has evolved and become more educated on the hospitals they choose and their illness. When they come into the hospitals they are expecting a high level of care. According to Wikipedia (ND), efficiency is used as an ideal practice to achieve a goal. The BSW program here at Wayne State gave me excellent preparation for the MSW program. While in the BSW program, there were several sacrifices that I had to make socially and financially in order to do well in school. For a year and half I maintained two jobs, while also going to school full time and being involved in extracurricular activities. At first everything seemed easy to manage. Life became a balancing act between work, school, and my other involvements. Just recently things started to take a toll on me. However, to ensure I finish the BSW program as strong as I started, I decided to quit one of my jobs so that I can have more time to dedicate to school, my internship, and my other involvements.
