Olivia Liebeknecht: A Case Study

Tiffany Rascon grew up in Gilbert, Arizona and is currently studying at the W.P Carey School of Business for her Economics major. Her decision to come to Arizona State University is credited to the fact that her older sister and brother both came to Arizona State University as well. So far, she enjoys the overall experience that Arizona State is offering her. The diversity the campus has within its student body is one of her favorites. She loves meeting people from all different walks of life.

Julie Mialaret is my mother and she is 53 years old. My mother exercises very rarely because of her intense work schedule. She says it is hard for her to have the energy everyday to work out after long work hours. She has never smoked in her life because she does not find it appealing. Mrs. Mialaret eats a very low-fat diet and eats very small portions. My mother eats very healthy and is able to maintain her weight without exercise. She faces no barriers when it comes to eating healthy because growing up she ate little portions and couldn't afford fast food. I would like to change my eating habits to better reflect my mom's diet however, I would like to incorporate some sort of exercise into my daily routine. My mom hopes to start exercising

On July 27, 2015, at approximately 10:54 AM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was advised by dispatched to contact the complainant, Randy Clay, by phone in reference to a theft.

On October 4th 2016 Deputy Akins was dispatched to 8821 Centennial Road for an accident involving a red truck that left the roadway and struck a parked vehicle. Upon arrival Deputy Akins saw a 2013 Red Dodge 1500 in the ditch with the truck’s front end smashed into the rear end of a 1001 Honda Civic. In the driver seat of the dodge truck was a male Caucasian. Deputy Akins recognized the male as Evan Case. Deputy Akins asked Mr. Case if he was injured. Mr. Case replied with I can just pay the deductible and leave right. Deputy Akins asked Mr. Case again if he was ok or if he needed medical. Mr. Case replied no.

It was reported to Ghere that Winbourn, Lonnie had been sending threatening texts to his ex-wife and daughter’s cellular phones. L. Winbourn had also left several threatening messages on the his ex-wifes phone. L. Winbourn’s ex-wife’s name is Winbourn, Terri (DOB 07-26-1971) had a protection order served on him February 28, 2017 and he began the harassing texts and voicmails. Deputy Ghere showed a text message to me that indicated L. Winbourn would shoot T. Winbourn and several other ways of harming her. L. Winbourne also indicated he would not go back to prison and would “shoot it out with the cops”.

On Wednesday January 25, 2017, I (Officer R. Holcomb) was dispatched by C.O. B. Coleman to report to 302 Freedom Way in reference to a complaint of trouble with subject. On arrival I spoke with Ms. Valencia Jones, she stated that her ex-boyfriend Leon Boyd is harrassing her.

Ms. Davis stated on the above incident date her neighbor kids were at her residence with her kids. Ms. Davis stated Ms. Carroll younger child (juvenile) were making smart remarks while at the residence. Ms. Davis stated she informed the juvenile that if she keeps up with the behavior she will not be attending the party on Saturday. Ms. Davis then stated she texted Ms. Carroll and informed her of the juvenile behavior. She then stated Ms. Carroll responded back using profane languages towards her which wasn't called for. She continued to state she informed Ms. Carroll that she would not be taking the juvenile to school anymore and that she couldn't attend the party this Saturday due to the conflict she wasn't attempting to resolve. Ms. Davis stated she also wanted Law Enforcement to be aware of this incident due to prior incident where Ms. Carroll has intentionally damage their personal belongings. She stated she was afraid that Ms. Carroll would come on her property and damage/destroy their personal property and she would like it document.

On April 18, 2017 at approximately 15:00am I, Investigator James Poffel was contacted by Officer Donnie Cox in reference to a sexual assault report that he was dispatched to at 1000 S 32nd St Apartment #220. Once on the scene, Officer Cox made contact with the victim, Mylania Billings.

The case was brought to DCFS attention when a reporter stated on 7/11/17, OPWI attempted to obtain an emergency order of protection on behalf of Kiara (age 7). Reportedly Ashley (mother) is actively using METH and also methodone she gets from a clinic, and is also involved in prostitution. Ashley told OPWI that Ashley ''can't wait outside for the bus to go to drug court because she's done bad things to people (robbed people, committed home invasion, taken people's money and drugs) and these people are after her.'' Reporter states that one of these people came to OPWI's house looking for Ashley and scared Kiara. Ashley recently got out of jail, stayed with OPWI for a couple of days, left last Friday telling Kiara she would be back in a couple of hours, didn't return

On December 18th 2015 at 1810 Deputy Akins responded to a theft call at 11023 Tadpole Road. Upon arrival Deputy Akins was greeted by Lyman Hinson who stated he had helped T. J Leonard Hinson rebuild a truck engine, however was never paid for the service. Mr Hinson stated he had also bailed Mr. Meyers out of jail to the sum of $725. Deputy Akins explained to Mr. Hinson that the issue was a civil matter.Mr. Hinson agreed but stated the his caregivers told him he should make the sheriff department aware of the situation

TC: On August 16, 2016, Ms. Tierra Brown (victim) contacted this Agent via telephone, in reference to the Subject. It was inquired if the Subject was still in contact with Ms. Brown and if she needed any resources from our agency due to the Protection Order that was filed against the Subject by her. Ms. Brown advised that the Subject and she have not been in contact with each other and was unware of any Protection Order that was filed against him. Ms. Brown states that she will contact the Court to report the Subject has been falsely accused.
