Students can experience participating fully in democratic process by allowing students to establish their own rules for behaviour and sanctions.
13. Democratic Managment Involves a variety of components to maintain students attention. Movement is the only experience that unites all levels of activity in the brain. The more opportunities students have to move and change positions, the better they will behave (Henley, 2006).
14. Democratic Managment Students should be allowed to move and talk together during activities. Activity centred lessons include variety in; curriculum and content, co-operative learning, peer tutoring, learning centres, role-play, brainstorming, and discussion
15. Democratic Managment An autocratic style is when the teacher dictates what will happen and how it will happen. A democratic style attempts to involve students in decision-making and appeals to the students’ intrinsic motivation.
16. Part 3. Solutions to behaviour issues and classroom management strategies:
17. Solutions Strategies and actions n eed to be planned and implemented early. T eacher s must establish rules and expectations early to ensure students know the boundaries.
18. Solutions Teachers should aim to know information on their students. This includes: P ossible behaviour problems S pecific learning and physical need S student names and how to pronounce them.

As it can be seen behaviorism is a major part of any classroom. For if one student acts out then the rest might get the idea that they can also act out in class and not receive punishment for it. It is also good to have a classroom management in place. Classroom management is also called behavior management. As it states in A Beginning Teaching Portfolio Handbook, “For these teachers, motivated students are those who do what they are told to do when they are told to do it.” (Foster,Walker,Song, pg. 99, para. 9) Which means when a
For these qualities to be nurtured in students, classroom management needs to succeed in producing an energetic, safe community where students are excited to learn from both their teacher and peers. Successful classroom management allows a teacher to facilitate learning without unnecessary distractions.
Today schools are faced with an overwhelming amount of behavior problems as a result they have incorporated programs to help create a positive culture within each school system. Several behavior management programs have been implemented in schools all over the United States therefore the school environment can run more smoothly. Here are some approaches that aid in creating a positive and safe environment in schools.
The management style of the teacher sets the tone for the learning environment. I believe students can be taught to self-discipline. Most students are naturally good, and with the right management plan being implemented by the teacher they can be conditioned to be idea students. Students should be viewed as being equals in the learning environment. Students should not be considered subordinates within the classroom who have little to nothing to add to the principles and rules adopted by the teacher to govern the class. Consequently, I believe in establishing a democratic classroom. Teachers should give students the responsibility to, in a sense, take over the classroom and their learning.
Before start I would like to put a little introduction talk about internet. Internet is the thing that let us communicate so easily, play online, download music, movies, etc. Is the thing why we don’t have to go to a library to do a homework and it give us a lot of facilities. Internet is the union of all the networks and computers distributed throughout the world, so it has been detected as a global network in which all the networks that use TCP / IP protocols and are compatible with each other. The internet has a lot of advantages as we know but also it has a lot of disadvantages. Kids are one of the biggest targets of the disadvantages, watching things they shouldn’t.
The autocratic style is based on retaining authority and information and focuses on efficiency of operations with a command-and-control fashion. A leader with a laissez-fairre style, also known as ‘’hands-off’’ style, shows little interest for tasks, gives more authority to the staff and provides little or no direction leaving the decisions to the group. The democratic style, pays attention to both task and people, encouraging and allowing the staff to promote and participate in decision making (Schermerhorn J. 2015) (Appendix
A positive classroom environment and climate is of paramount importance to the collective learning experience. A well-managed classroom improves student concentration, increases the effectiveness of instruction, and maximizes learning. A poorly managed classroom invites interruptions, distractions, and wastes valuable time and resources.

Not having a website means losing out on potential customers and potential revenue. And not having a great website means losing out on potential customers and sales.. So basically not having a great website can do as much harm as not having a website, we believe it is one of the same thing.
The last few decades has seen a rapid development in internet and electronic devises industry. At the same time, online learning, as a form of distance education, “imposes itself strongly and becomes a core concern of human thought and modern life.” (Saleem, 2016, p.53). As an untraditional method of education, online learning is very different from traditional ones. Those different make the outcome of online learning hard to be evaluated and examined. However, due to its low cost and high flexibility, online learning can help people achieve life-learning and may have a profound influence in the development of intellectual capital. There is a need to determine the effect of online learning as a form of education to see how it works, and how students learn.
The computer has had a tremendous impact on society as we know it. It gives a voice to those who cannot speak and those who cannot breathe on their own receive mechanically computerized help. The computer has given us many wonderful things used for wonderful purposes, but there are vast ways in which these things have been misused by our people. One of these things is the internet and a common way it is misused is by way of plagiarism.
"We live in an age of scientific triumph. Science has greatly enlarged human knowledge" (Bishop237) and communication. Despite the recent hype, the Internet is not a new phenomenon. Its roots lie in a collection of computers that were linked together in the 1970s to form the US Department of Defense's communications systems. It is a technology that would be invented today if it hadn't been invented in the past because of the world need for high tecnology.
Throughout the past few decades, online distance learning has become a prevalent method of teaching. Through the use of technology, the field of education has been slightly altered to fit the needs of both the educators and their pupils, by developing a communication system. For example, creating email addresses and generating websites, where the teacher and student can interact. The development of online distance learning is beneficial to the future of education because it provides more opportunity for students.
