Online Tech Support The problem used was being able to execute two demands where one demand will execute if the other one does not fit the cell circumstances in Excel. Using Gizmo's list of free tech support sites (Best Free Technical Support Sites, 2012), there was a list of several sites. Some were just recommended while others were highly recommended. Reading through the information on the various sites, each one was a little bit different, but all of them offered support in various areas. Clicking on Tech Support Guy (Welcome to Tech Support Guy), the site first gave information for new users, including a guide on how to use the site. After registering, a post was made asking the question, "How do I execute two demands where one demand will execute if the other one does not fit the cell circumstances?" Six minutes later a post came back that read, "Can you be more specific, is it Excel, Access, or other? And, what are the commands you want to execute?" It went further to read, "if Excel, =IF(Test,True,False) or =IF(test,command1,command2) will work. Exploring the site, as well as others, there was a wide variety of questions in different categories. Each post had the date and time of the post, stating when the questions and responses were given. There were community options that gave the options of various discussion forums as well as the various tech support areas to ask questions.
