Online Versus Traditional Education

It is a hassle when you are trying to decide what schooling you want to go to. With the controversy of attending college, many people wonder which education is better online or traditional education. You have to decide whether to go online or traditional education. Since education price is rising a lot of students are choosing online because it is more flexible. When you look at it you are getting the same thing from both, which is a degree. Some people look at the cost of the school to see if they will go to school there. Traditional you can ask questions all through class and whenever you have time. When you have projects you can interact with other students face to face, or when you want to study with others you can have a study group. Traditional you have a lot of people you can talk to face to face to keep you on track, like counselors and other people. Online you can contact your instructor or classmates through e-mail, phone, posting in the classroom, and video chatting. You can’t really have a study group, but video chatting can be like a study group, but you just not together. A lot of people cannot learn in traditional schooling because of distracting, so they prefer online. With online you have advisors that will keep you on track to stay focus, and you can contact them anytime you feel like it.
The similarities that online versus traditional education have are assignments. All schools have assignments that you have to complete. Online and traditional have individual assignments and assignments you do with the class like discussion questions. Every school you look you will see that you have discussion questions, have to write essays, and participating in class. Every school do assignments even though they may be different you still learn more about the material.
