Introduction A move to establish Electrical Medical Records in a health facility is a positive step to the establishment of an efficient institution that will catch up with the ever changing technological world. It is of great significance for health institution to embrace new technologies like the EMR for them to be in a position to offer quality services as well as improving their productivity and the general output.
