The following are job requirements for the producer:
• Design, development, execution, and evaluation of screen capture-based software simulations
• Create and maintain databases to track course technical and quality assurance feedback during production.
• Design interactive eLearning exercises, scenarios and assessments to accompany software simulations
• Document progress
• Ensure overall flow and consistency of content
• Manage the Director, Editor and Talent towards the completion of the product
Director
Creates and manages the physical environment where the eLearning product is recorded, in a consistent and efficient manner. Position includes but is not limited to the following:
• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capture/import media, organize raw media, edit footage and sound files, create and insert static and motion graphics and titling, add music/voice-over/sfx, manage media and archive project media

Maintaining website –The way of transmission of the information should be improved and at the same time there should be a set of standard format in the information is being entered into the database. Company website need to be redesigned and unified across all product groups. And also the website should include frequently asked questions tab for the customers where they easily find the answers to commonly asked question which will be helpful for the customers to simplify their question without calling the customer services.

To better understand individuals with addiction giving up their substance or behavior, I committed myself to running long distance three times a week. Although my experience was likely much less intense than a person with an addiction, I now have some personal insight as to how difficult it can be to change. When tasked with this assignment I contemplated few different options, and I was torn between giving up coffee or to start running. Ultimately, I decided to pick up running, as I believed it would be more of a challenge for me. I also chose running because in high school I ran everyday, and though it was not easy, it made me feel great.
