Although, both models are essential to the success of the business, person/ match is best suited for the efficiency, productivity and future growth of Guardian Angel Daycare. With having a business that handles the world’s precious jewels (children) it is imperative to hire well qualified individuals who fit the qualification and requirements for each positions. It’s also just as important to hire individuals who have the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the children, their parents, and any new families looking to enroll their little one(s) in a cheerful and professional manner. As the owner of Guardian Angel Daycare it is my responsibility to match the best candidate to the right position. With employing the best team, it will likely have a positive impact on the HR outcomes, particularly attraction of job applicants, job performance, retention, attendance, and satisfaction (Heneman III, Judge, & Kammeyer-Mueller, 2015).
