Airsoft is a fun sport that is played all over the world, from America to Germany to China and Japan, and everywhere in between. For those of you who do not know what airsoft is, it is a combat simulation in which players try to eliminate or “kill” other players by shooting them with a small, plastic BB fired from an airsoft gun. Most people familiar with airsoft think that in order to participate in an airsoft match they must have a military uniform and equipment with guns that cost $400 or more. That is not true; anyone with even a low budget can compete in an airsoft match, so long as you follow the rules, and apply the proper airsoft courtesy.

There are immensely different airsoft fields, and for each field there are different limits and rules they place on airsofters. While there are innumerably different airsoft fields, they can be generalized into two groups: indoor and outdoor. Indoor airsoft fields often have a cap on how high the FPS (Feet Per Second) an airsoft gun can have, this is almost always 350-360 FPS for regular guns, and 420 FPS for a sniper; the FPS is in the middle realm of what an airsoft gun can shoot (Orcutt, Aidan). Indoor airsoft fields also try to mimic urban building-to-building combat more than outdoor airsoft fields. Outdoor airsoft fields, on the other hand, usually have no restrictions on the FPS of an airsoft gun and cover more ground; outdoor airsoft fields are usually about 3-4 acres. Outdoor airsoft fields usually do not try to mimic any specific type of combat, but they usually mimic either street-to-street fighting or fighting through a forest.
While both types of fields differ in many ways, there are common elements that every airsoft field in the world has. Every airsoft field in the world requires you to call your “hits”, or every time you are hit with an airsoft BB you must announce that you have been hit; no team, whether you are on that team or not, will not want to play with you if you do
Between the movie and story in “The Most Danger Game” there several things that are taken and some added. When they added the Lady in it made the story more interesting. It was more suspenseful because it felt she was slowing Rainsford down and you weren’t sure if they would get killed. An omission that took away from the story was that Ivan did not hold the gun to Rainsford’s heart in the beginning. So Rainsford did not know what was coming until later and it was not as suspenseful during the beginning of the story. These additions did effect the theme it made it even more known that animals feel pain and fear when hunted.
Isolation is very hard to overcome and defeat. "The Most Dangerous Game" starts off with the main character, Rainsford, falling off a boat. He swims to a random island and luckily gets welcomed in by the owner of the house. The owner invites him for dinner and as they eat they talk about hunting animals across the world. The owner of the house, Zaroff, to Rainsford surprise, hunts human instead of animals because he is too good at hunting animals. He asked Rainsford to hunt humans with him but Rainsford says no. Now Zaroff wants to hunt Rainsford so he does. Will Kane is the main character in High Noon. He is the marshal of the town and he carries the lode of responsibility on his back. He sentenced an enemy to jail, but now that enemy has come back will his crew to kill Will Kane. In both High Noon and "The Most Dangerous Game" there are similarities and differences in the theme, main characters, and setting.

How would it feel to suddenly go from being the hunter to becoming the prey? That is exactly what happened to Rainsford, one of the main characters in The Most Dangerous Game by Richard Connell. Rainsford was a big game hunter who accidentally fell of of his yacht. He swam to a nearby island, and there he met General Zaroff, a cruel man who hunts humans for sport. In exchange for release from the island, Rainsford agrees to be hunted by Zaroff. Consequently, Rainsford is a survivor because he kills Zaroff and wins the game. Rainsford is also a survivor because he demonstrates the qualities that a person must have to be considered a survivor. Although Rainsford is a survivor, Zaroff is not. To be considered a survivor, a person must go through a traumatic or life-threatening experience but still demonstrate resilience and determination.

One day at Police training, we were training on how to do building searches, and we were using “live fire” in our case BB guns. Once we were done with the training we were told we had to clean everything up after use. For every BB that was found on the floor, that was the amount of push-ups we would have to do at the end. Therefore when we found out everything that we had to do, we immediately went and tried to pick up everything. This game is the real modern- future warfare. The game has a very high defined and a large variety of guns to choose from. Call of duty games have always delivered a simulation of a real feel of a modern day battle field, in its series. This particular version is a representation of a battlefield in 2065, the field is dominated by unimaginable war machines, if you are a call of duty series enthuse you know that the soldier on your team is usually the best friend in these games with his warnings and his directives. The most noticeable difference in this version is that every aspect of this game is fine tuned for Co-op play, right from the highly advanced war technological fighters to the zombie like killers.
