That may be a good way for students who have a part-time job. In addition, Studyingeconomics (2010) point out after having a part-time job, "you have a good reference, you have learnt new skills, your CV is looking plumper and you can say whole heartedly that you do not wish to go into that specific job area." Just same like the preference of students, a part-time job can enrich out experience as well as become more independent. Conclusion The main aim of this paper is to explore the part-time job situation and attitude of Oxford Brookes University students. Combined with a self-devised questionnaire and results analyses, it is clear that the majority respondents attach an importance of part-time job. However, only half of them have work experience. Besides, not all students want to get a part-time job in the future; this is because they may think they should pay more attention to their study. Moreover, majority students can accept work 10-15 hours a week to gain more experience from a part-time job, and most students think having a part-time job will not pose bad influence on our study. Moreover, a great many respondents find a job through the agent, newspaper and Internet. Therefore, it is recommended that students who want to get a part-time job should pay more attention to the mass media to gain information they need.
