In a world of political discourse with racism and hate running rampant, a few great men and women came together to bring unity and harmony like never before: in the form of massive music festivals. In the late 1972, the black community came together for a concert known as Watts Summer Festival. In 1969, the largest music festival of its time was held, and was known as Woodstock. Later that year, the Rolling Stones put together a massive free concert in San Francisco known as the Altamont Concert. All of the concerts and music festivals were not aimed at making money or becoming famous, but about the unity of people through the art of music.

There are many restaurants in the Pelham bay area. Some examples of this competitor are the Greeks restaurants located at Westchester ave. & Crosby ave, their menu is slightly similar. Also there are the Italian restaurants that have been in the area for decades.

If I could host a dinner party and I could invite anyone. I would invite Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, and Huey P. Newton. Martin Luther King Jr. led the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s and also in the 1960s Malcolm X was a national minister and spokesman of the Nation of Islam and Huey P. Newton led Black Panther Party in 1966 through 1987. I would invite these three men because they led different organizations to gain equal rights for African-Americans in the 1960s. They had different views on getting equal rights. For example, Martin Luther King Jr. believed in peaceful protesting and turning the other cheek but Malcolm X and Huey P. Newton believed by any means necessary that means they will do anything and everything to get equality. I would ask questions about how did they organization’s start and how they overcome all of the naysayers. I would serve roasted chicken and water served as a drink. We would talk about their deaths and did they felt they could have done more before they died. Also, we would talk about the current situations with African-Americans. I feel like we could use different tactics to get the job done. I think they will be upset how blacks are treated by society today. Other events we attended throughout the semester included the Corrales Harvest Festival in October and the New Mexican Hispanic Arts Dialogue in November. The Harvest Festival is a village wide annual event that celebrates Corrales' agricultural roots. Corrales Road which is in the heart of Corrales, is closed down to traffic. The road is home to many businesses, studios, and restaurants. Some of the key events at the Harvest Festival include live music, arts and craft shows, business & non-profit exhibits,special events that celebrate horses and cowboys, an evening dance under the stars, a pet parade, wine tasting, growers market, and many more events attract visitors from around New Mexico. Lots of places have traditions they have been doing for quite some time. Pope County has many interesting traditions, including their annual fair. Their fair has been going on for quite a while now. The fair has many of their own traditions, in which people have been coming to since the beginning of the fair. Not many things have changed since the fair was founded.

I have been to the Pecan Festival at St.Rita for ten years now. I went to my first Pecan Fest when I was only two years old and I probably just ran around and did not go on any rides. But when I was little, my favorite part of the Pecan Festival was the games in the courtyard.

From 16th to 18th of October 2015, Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival was held in Port Angeles. The event was located in the parking lot of Red Lion Hotel and the Hollywood Beach. The event was spectacular with numerous visitors from different places, including Canada. The main attraction of the grand event is the fresh, mouthwatering steamed Dungeness crabs topped with melted butter, and served along with freshly prepared coleslaw and steamed sweet corn. There are many other varieties of dishes sold by other stalls at the festival. The locals also took the opportunity during the festival to set up booth, displaying local artwork, selling souvenirs and deserts.

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual music and arts festival in the United States which takes place every year. The Coachella features many genres of music, including hip hop, rock, electronic dance music, and indie, as well as art installations and sculptures. The Festival began in the fall of 1999 at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California and is organized by Goldenvoice which is a subsidiary of AEG Live. However, this festival has grown to become one of the largest, most profitable, as well as most famous music festivals in the United States. Precipitous labor, according to Suzuki (2015), can be defined as birth lasting less than three hours after the start of contractions. Wilbeck and Schorn (2013) found “In 2008 the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention documented 4,247,694 live births in the United States.1 Of those births, 96,180 were reported as precipitous in nature” (p. 4). Precipitous births can be problematic for mother and baby as well as the staff providing the care. In my interview, the mother’s birth was occurring so fast she did not have time to make it to the hospital and gave birth in the ambulance.

The story of Macbeth is filled with themes, examples, and quotes of ambition, guilt, and examples of things are not what they seem, and nature versus unnatural. These are explained and shown throughout Macbeth. While ambition can help drive dark deeds that help destroy us, the deeds will also produce guilt, through the deeds it is easy to be misled, especially when there is guilt and fear behind you and with those unnatural incidents can be created. As they all come together they can lead to things that there will be no turning back from.
