Pediatrician my future career
Studying medicine and becoming a pediatrician treating and providing medical care to young adults is my future career. Because making things better around the world and helping people help our future generations.

It takes about four years after high school to earn a Bachelor’s Degree and I have to study biology, English and chemistry. Then four years attending medical school, but before that I have to score well on the MCTA Medical College Admission Test and then three to seven years of residency training. But if becoming a specialized pediatrician it would be 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, 3 years of pediatric practice at hospitals and then 1 to 3 years special pediatric training also known as subspecialty. If not I would like to work through the Associations such as the MPS or the WMA, traveling around going to different countries curing and helping people with their health issues. The MPS as in Medical Protection Society the world’s leading organization with around 290,000 members. The WMA as in the Worlds Medical Association provides health care to people around the world. Countries like Ethiopia, Tanzania, Somalia, Malawi, Mozambique, Niger, and other are the countries that are desperate for doctors. Especially the countries from Western Europe that nowadays are suffering from the deadly virus Ebola hemorrhagic which causes severe illness and even death. They can spread among people within the contact of blood, organ or blood fluids of an infected person or even through the contact of infected animals, causing 5,790 deaths on 2014. A career i’m most interested in would have to be a pediatrician. I chose this because I want to help provide medical care ranging from newborns to young adults, and to provide a healthy lifestyle for them. In order to be a successful pediatrician, you need to have patience and be highly organized.
I would like to go into the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner career field. Pediatric Nurse Practitioners help Pediatricians and other Physicians diagnose and take care of children from infancy to young adults. I have grown up with ten siblings and many more cousins, so I have learned how to deal with children of all ages. Also, I have been interested in the medical field since I was a little girl and I have always loved to help people. I would have liked to be a Pediatrician but I would prefere not be in school for another thirteen years, so I found that the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner was the perfect career for me.
