Introduction
The K to 12 Program covers kindergarten and 12 years of basic education six years of primary education, four years of junior high school, and two years of senior high school to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship (Ganzon, 2012).

Hypothesis This study was looking forward to have the effect of K+12 programs to the 1st year high school student. Specifically; this study will determine: 1. There is no sufficient data yet that answer our firstobjective. 2. Most of the first year high school students who avail K+12 program are against in this curriculum. 3. The K+12 programs affect the student’s self-esteem.

Significance of the Study
This study sought to find out the Perception of first year high school students towards K+12 in Sto. Domingo National Trade School (SDNTS).
To students that undergo and will undergo K+12program, the result of this study may give them ideas on the K+12 program for more effectively and enjoyably.
To teachers of Sto. Domingo National Trade School this study may give them insight on the perception of their students towards K+12 programs.
Scope and Limitations The study focuses mainly on the 1st year high school students of Sto. Domingo National Trade School in Baloc, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija during 1st semester of school year 2012-2013.The respondents of the study will be the 1st year high school that will be chosen from theSto. Domingo National Trade school.

Methodology
This chapter discussed the methods and procedures and the statistical tools that use to analyze the data.
Research Design The study use Descriptive method specifically survey to determine the Perception of First year high school towards K+12 programs.
