Introduction
Crust Gourmet Pty Ltd is a well-known Australian pizza company which was established in October 2001 by CEO Michael Logos and current Managing director Costa Anastasiadis.
It has a reputation of delivering healthy gourmet pizzas. Their main goal is to provide customers with the whole pizza experience while taking away the guilt factor and bringing back the enjoyment of eating takeaway food.

Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar at Kingsgrove’s strategic plan is to be the most demanding pizza parlour within its local area. In the last 12 months, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar Kingsgrove has managed to adapted to be “The place to go for great pizzas” in its local community. A few pizza parlours had been forced to close down or relocate ever since the launch of Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, Kingsgrove. Through this strategy, this franchise can meet the strategic goals of the company. The company’s strategic plan is to expand their business across the nation, and also hoping to expand their business to the global market, where it will be able to provide the whole pizza experience to people all around the world.

There are many benefits and reasons why an organization should execute a performance management system. Performance appraisals establish the basis for qualifying, recognizing, and rewarding employee contributions. In this paper, I will discuss what performance management is, the problems with the current performance management system at my organization, how other organizations have succeeded in their performance management system and how I would advise management at my current organization to improve our performance management system.

He decided he should open up shop in a college town so he moved to Tallahassee (Ismail). The owners’ mission of the company is “to reach a franchise and open up two franchise’s in Florida one in Tampa and one in Orlando” (Ismail). The products they offer are calzones, crepes, oven baked subs, salads and sides, wings, and desserts. The services they offer are take-out and delivery options. Doughlicious serves a consumer market. The businesses’ competitive advantage is they are open late till 3am on the weekdays and 4am on weekends. They are the only restaurant in Tallahassee that delivers calzones.
