When I communicate with someone, I can make them happy and enjoy our conservation. In business, communication is the important skill; it can help expand relationships with partners so our business will be easier. In addition, I also have negotiation skill but I need to practice it more.
With my skills and talent, I can organize and record keeping or sell, advertise and promote. But the area that most interest me is solving practical problems, because it can help me have some more skills and practice my own skills. I’d like to have a job which I can use my imagination and be inventive. Because I get satisfaction not from personal accomplishment, but from helping others so I enjoy working with people rather than by myself.
Good healthy, family, friendship and love are matters to me. Something else such as: intelligence, beauty or wealth… is also important to me, because all of them can help me on my job.

Time management techniques are essential to living your life more efficiently. Many people spend their days in a frenzy of activity but achieve very little because they are not concentrating on the right things. By using time management skills, you can learn to determine which of the things you do are important, which can be dropped, use your time in the most effective way possible, break down the roadblocks that waste it, and increase the effectiveness.

Before we can manage our time we must know exactly what time is. The dictionary describes it as, the duration of one's life; the hours and days which a person has at his disposal. How we dispose of that time is time management. It's the way we spend our time to organize and execute around our priorities. Remember just because time is intangible doesn't mean that it is not valuable. I want to teach you about the background of time management, the different styles and how to use them, and how it will change your life.
I am a pretty well rounded individual although not perfect by any means. Throughout my life, I have always tried my best to be friendly to everyone and optimistic in all situations. I don’t think anyone would ever describe me as a critical or aggressive person. I’ve always been willing to give advice and be encouraging to anyone that I felt needed it. I believe that I am a fairly conscientious person in that I have always been careful and diligent when it comes to work and other life choices. I’ve always been organized and usually don’t act on pure impulse alone. I’ve never been described as traditional or conventional. I’ve always been open to new experiences and relish every opportunity that can make me a more well-rounded person. People would also describe me as a fairly intelligent individual with a vivid imagination. My weaknesses, however, would have to include my ability to develop people and team process. I’ve always been encouraging, but I can improve upon my ability to develop people by providing feedback to individuals on their performances and recognizing individual contributions when I am part of a team.
