A devil object awoke my from my peaceful slumber. Picking up said object, I slid my finger across the bar to turn off the alarm and slowly managed to slither myself from under the sheets and made my way to the bathroom. I was starting a new school today and I was nervous. Unsure if there were any makeup regulations, I stuck to a natural makeup look and headed downstairs to grab some cereal. Half an hour later, I was receiving a Skype call from my friends. We spoke for a while and they wished me luck before I told them that they should go to sleep because it would be around 10:50pm for them. I am so lucky to have such good friends, I mean I have moved country possibly forever and they still checked in to wish me luck for today. Gosh, I love
This year was my last year at The Little Middle School. Even though I’ve had a lot of speed bumps, I’ve accomplished a lot of stuff. From learning new instruments to working on my ability to focus, I’ve grown a lot.
It is true in life that everything happens for a reason. It is also true to say that sometimes it is all about being in the right place, at the right time. There was never a more prominent example of this than a traumatic summers evening, only a few years ago.
I looked over to the alarm clock and saw a bright red 1:06 AM. The door creaked slowly and a dark figure entered the room. The silhouette walked closer to me, heels clicking on the vinyl floor. A sinister smile spread across her rotting face.
I, Deputy Gough received a call reference a white Ford truck driving in the Gamester trailer court all over the roadway. Upon my arrival I spoke with David Vore and Jennifer Vore. Jennifer Stated that Randy was the driver of the white Ford truck that said, “All Good Construction.” David and Jennifer both stated that they saw the truck drive through the yard hitting a slow child at play sign and the stop sign.
I was incredibly excited. School was starting tomorrow. The first few days were just icebreakers, learning everyone’s names, blah blah blah. Then the real learning began. Of course, teachers started to write our lessons on the board. I started to notice a few changes in what I was seeing. The words they were writing were just...black lines! I didn’t pay much attention to it, I just asked my friends what the board said. As the year went on, it affected me more and more, especially in math. I saw a 2 as a 6, and and an A as an 8.
The stone was cold and I could feel the pain swelling up inside. I took a step towards the edge, I thought to myself, “One more step and the worries would end…” if only it was that easy.
I quickly swallowed my homemade authentic Indian food leftovers and gulped down my chocolate milk. Looking down at my watch that read 11:28am, I knew that I only had two minutes until my most favorite part of the day: recess. This particular day in 5th grade, I had run a lap around the playground before getting the rest of recess to myself. As I started walking for my warmup, another student ran up and said, “My parents said that your people caused 9/11.” Completely caught off guard, I held back the tears in my eyes and tried to shake off his comment. I had never encountered something like this.
Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. What prompted you to act? Would you make the same decision again?
I want to place my hand on my heart, with a believe that it will start believing people again.trusting those who caused a mistrust between my heart and soul.
Summer was coming, and the sun was going down later and later every day, and Spike felt the minutes get longer as he waited. Visiting hours were only from 2-6. In a few days he wouldn’t be allowed to visit her at all. Not like he couldn’t break in or something. But she wouldn’t like that.
You've probably heard of a message in a bottle, but have you ever heard of the "Devils Message"? Probably not because it was a ridiculous game my brother, sister, and I came up with when we were bored. We played this game only a couple times but only when my cousin Maxx came to visit did we decide to record ourselves in the event that something funny would happen. The day started just like any other normal fall day. My cousin Maxx was visiting from Johnstown so we were looking for something to do. All of a sudden Joe got the bright idea to show Maxx Devils Message. We all got dressed and headed out for the swing set.
It was 4th grade. I spent the afternoon after every school day in the after-school care program. After moving to a new school in the middle of 3rd grade I had finally found my niche and my friends. Though I certainly would have preferred going straight home, I enjoyed my time in after-school. There were adults to help me with the homework I hurriedly put together and plenty of other kids to play with. As with most childhood venues, there were kids I really liked, those who I was completely oblivious to, the ones I did not really care for but I could ignore, and then there was Christian. Our first contact was on the blacktop, the after-school kids loved to play knockout, horse, or any other basketball game you could think of. Soon it became apparent Christian was a decent ball

This relationship of evil takes place over many years. I had a lot of ups and downs to overcome and conquer. This relationship was not the best, but it surely was the worst that I have ever been through. It took a toll on me in so many ways. Some of which I still currently struggle with to this day.
Whoosh!!! The faint sound of the arrow locked onto its kamikaze mission as it flew towards its unsuspecting target. Shhhhunk! The razor tip had found its mark! First was the soft skin, then the delicate rib meat. The lungs and top of the heart provided no resistance as the arrow followed its flight into the frosty ground. Intrigued yet?
