I have had a positive experience with Klien & Spector. I was first introduced to Braden lespito during a depositiion hearing. At first I made the mistake of taking him as young professional straight out of law school. He has a quiet disposition and soft tone. I later gained much respect for this young man during the course of the litigation. He and his assistant Angela Fitizzo worked diligently on my case leaving no stone un turned. When he was not available, Angela ( legal assistant) responded to my request for updates and new issues with the case. I was never left without answers to my issues or concerns. I never felt just like a cllient, but felt like everything i had to say mattered. We were a team. When I opened the case the
I, Deputy Gough received a call reference a white Ford truck driving in the Gamester trailer court all over the roadway. Upon my arrival I spoke with David Vore and Jennifer Vore. Jennifer Stated that Randy was the driver of the white Ford truck that said, “All Good Construction.” David and Jennifer both stated that they saw the truck drive through the yard hitting a slow child at play sign and the stop sign.
I have been very fortunate to have Bryan Lispito and Angela Fattizzo work on behalf of my Family. The work Braden Lespisto has done was exemplary as was the results to the case. He and his Legal Assistant Angela Fattizzo never made me feel that I was just a regular client. All my questions were always answered if not immediately they were with in a timely fashion considering his scheduling. I was always met with respect and giving the opportunity to voice my opinions about what was occurring in the case. I was never given any false hopes but the straight truth. When new issues would arise concerning the case, I was always notified with an explanation and a remedy. I was not left with the illusion of not getting a resolution. I and my
It's easy to see why Kiriak Law, a top law firm in Edmonton, is attracting an ever growing list of clients. Some come to us because they are seeking legal services for the first time and are attracted to the support and guidance we provide. Others choose Kiriak Law because they want something better than what they have received from other civil law firms in Edmonton and Alberta. All can expect to receive compassionate representation of their legal rights at highly competitive rates.
Working with James Suits was very positive and uplifting experience. He spent a lot of time to educate me, navigate through the process, restoring my confidence during the frustrating and stressful period. From the start he impressed me by the depth of his knowledge and ability to precipitate the right content from my emotional and lengthy explanations and present the case in clear and concise form. I appreciate his sensitive and sincere style of dealing with a delicate matter, his great advice and no judgment, his patience and flexibility with scheduling appointments. In the end we achieved a good settlement of the case and a peace of mind for me. I definitely recommend James Suits to everyone who needs legal representation. It was a pleasure
Throughout the conversation, Susan did not inform me that the home was still in First Look and not open to investors at this time. Susan did not highlight any features of the home, nor did she talk about the neighborhood or the surrounding area. When asked, Susan paused to reference the property file and stated, "In looking at the pictures it appears that it needs interior paint, carpet, appliances, and a few windows, which the previous seller must have taken." She stated, "I don't know why they have to remove things from the homes." I asked, "Do you have offers?" She paused to check the property file and answered, "No offers." I asked, "Is the property behind the home farmland?" She paused to reference the property file and replied, "It appears
In 2025, I will be twenty-nine years old and hopefully married. I will be married to my significant other of ten years Earnest Palmer III, who is a dentist. I would have been recently graduating with a bachelor’s in Culinary Arts and trying to plan to open my own restaurant, BubbaD’s Eateries. Knowing my big headed husband of mine, I probably had a baby then and trying to have another baby. Hopefully, by then Earnest will get rid of the idea naming our son, King. We will be living in the suburbs near New York City but working in the city. Being a woman with great memory, I probably wrote a memoir about my crazy life and trying to sell it to a publisher. If none of the publishers wants to publish my memoir, I will probably sell it the Lifetime
Sometimes, I feel like I am experiencing a double therapy. One that I am leading with my therapist, and another one, more passive, in class. School can inadvertently speed up a process for which you are not necessarily ready. It can stir your past and your emotions arise. In that case, there is an assignment that I am postponing and trying in every way possible to avoid or twist differently. The material evoked in class was hard to process and I did not expect it. Ironically, I now think about it all the time. I know that I need to go to the bottom of it one way or another, but homeostasis is compromised and I do not like it. I try to look at it like gym. It is not pleasant but it is good for your health. The problem with that paper is that
I would like to state that I have had a positive experience with Kline & Spector. I was first introduced to Braden Lepisto during a deposition hearing in June of 2013. He had a quiet disposition and soft tone. Over time I have gained much respect for Braden during the course of the litigation. He and his assistant Angela Fittizzo worked diligently on my case leaving no stone unturned. When he was not available, Angela ( legal assistant) responded to my request for updates and new issues with the case as they came up. I was never left without answers to my issues or concerns. At no time was I made to feel like a client a potential paycheck, but felt like everything I had to say mattered. We were a team on the same page. Everything
“How can I be good again? I just lost my wife and son in a car accident. There's nothing in life that can cheer me up. I have become an alcoholic who is now jobless.” I said. My Therapist, Dr. Newman, told me “Trust me, Mr. Smith. Only time can heal your wounds if you allow it to. Well, that's the end of the session, and I want to recall the accident that occurred so we can talk about it tomorrow.”
You know that moment when you’re trying to reach the toilet paper but can't quite, then fall and kill yourself on a pumpkin? Yeah I know that feeling… it’s not good. It all started one very normalish day at 1065 Fitzgerald Ave.

“Casey, your group needs to do the stunt one more time!” coach said imprudently. It happened March 26, 2015; it was at the end of a two hour practice. During the summer months in South Georgia, it is utterly hot and humid, especially in our cheer gym (a warehouse with no air conditioner); it only has two heavy-duty fans and a roll-up door. With this in mind, my group became slightly irritated. Everyone was exhausted; nevertheless we still had to do the stunt anyway.
After much consideration my husband and I have decided that Michael will not longer be attending The Reason For Hope effective immediately. I welcome the chance to sit down and talk with you should you choose to discuss the situation. It was not easy to arrive at this decision but it has been a long time coming. We have been increasingly more uncomfortable with your program in recent months for the reasons below.
I have been in the Marine Corps for roughly three and a half years and throughout that time I have done many things. Most of the things that I have done were with Combat Logistics Battalion 26. For three years, I worked with that unit through work ups and a deployment and I have seen and done many unique things. However, nothing I did with CLB 26 felt fulfilling, but that all changed when I changed units to CLB 8.
Growing up with a father in the military, you move around a lot more than you would like to. I was born just east of St. Louis in a city called Shiloh in Illinois. When I was two years old my dad got the assignment to move to Hawaii. We spent seven great years in Hawaii, we had one of the greatest churches I have ever been to name New Hope. New Hope was a lot like Olivet's atmosphere, the people were always friendly and there always something to keep someone busy. I used to dance at church, I did hip-hop and interpretive dance, but you could never tell that from the way I look now.
